I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC in our room was not working when we checked in. When I requested a room change, the staff refused and instead said they would send an electrician. The electrician arrived after a long wait, and when I asked why the AC hadnt been checked before our arrival, the staff simply denied any negligence and said they were fixing it. We were supposed to check in at 2 PM but only arrived around 6 PM, so they had more than enough time to ensure the room was ready. The room itself had a constant damp, musty smell throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. When I asked for one extra pillow, the staff started questioning why three people needed an additional pillow. They then claimed they couldnt provide one because the hotel was full. However, when I stepped outside, my entire floor was practically empty, with many room doors open during housekeeping. That excuse clearly didnt make sense. The breakfast was equally disappointing. When I went to take some fruit, the staff insisted on serving it themselves and gave me only 45 small pieces of watermelon. When I politely asked for a little more, I was told that was the maximum allowed per person. I also requested toasted bread, but what arrived was completely burntliterally blackand they still served it without hesitation. Overall, the service was poor, the room maintenance was lacking, and the staff seemed more interested in making excuses than solving problems. If youre only looking for a place to sleep for one night and have very low expectations, this hotel might do. Otherwise, Id recommend staying elsewhere.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help.Muthukumar receptionist was supportive and helpful .Highly recommended for families, couples, and travelers looking for a pleasant and safe stay. Will definitely visit again! Walkable distance to temple and beach

Decent rooms, but awful management. I called ahead to confirm if the room had AC, and they said, "All our rooms are air-conditioned." When I checked in, they forced me to pay an extra 500 just to turn it on! Because my stay was only 12 hours, I skipped it, but it felt incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, there was no hot water. Despite calling twice and explaining I had an early morning train at 4:00 AM, staff did nothing but tell me to "let the water run." It never warmed up, and I had to take a cold shower. Do not recommend.

Good rooms, smooth check-in, near and clean bathroom. Walkable distance to all tourist spots. Tasty breakfast buffet. Thank you Theresa of AR Residency for arranging everything. Highly recommend for travellers.

Dear All, I am really writing a genuine feedback Zero facilities available. Even you will not get a glass to drink water.. I charged 3500, however, with zero facilities. The phone was not worth it, AC was heavy, sound, etc. There are better hotels nearby... You can xplore those. The receptionist was very arrogant. The service and rooms were pathetic. I booked this seeing review on Agoda, i.e., 8.2. However, visiting the place, I came to know that it was managed. I tried to reach Agoda... however, there is no phone support... only asked on chat to register a review if not happy. In case of Goibibo or Make My Trip, you at least get customer care support. So do not book it from Agoda as well... After writing this review .. I am going to delete this application
