My family and I recently stayed at Athithi Homes for 2 weeks and we had a very pleasant stay. My father was recovering from a surgery and I was working remotely, and it all worked out very well. The house is very centrally located in a quiet green neighbourhood; Swiggy orders and Uber rides make it to your doorstep in minutes. Internet works well and the house is airy, spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed watching the rain from the large terrace area. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for about three weeks while visiting India for a wedding event in January of 2025. This house surprised us. This spacious 3 bedroom house on the first floor was more than what we expected. Located at a very accessible location to the heart of kochi, this place was very clean and very well kept. The best part was the friendly landlords who could be reached for any questions and concerns and were very accommodating.

Athithi Homes deliver a beautiful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but still remains very close to all amenities. The ability to cook our own food for 2 weeks was a bonus with a modern supermarket within walking distance. The medical centre and chemist above the supermarket was an added bonus. Gorge and Mitty the owners of Athithi Homes made us feel really comfortable from the moment we met them at midnight when we arrived. Gorge with his history lesson of Kerala and fixing our phone and banking issues and Mitty with her delicious breakfast and driving us to the dental surgery was perfect. And we cannot forget Nikitha who we spoke via email many times on the accommodation bookings, payment details and her knowledge as a tourist guide. Thankyou all and we will see you next time. Excellent Hospitality.. Felt like home. Owners were so friendly they made us feel very comfortable from the beginning... Especially thanks to Aunty who gave us a nice breakfast on Arrival. Me my husband and Kids all four of us enjoyed it a lot. Above all atmosphere was too good. There were three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and all the bedrooms had ac and good space. We were able to cook food by ourself tht they provided Gas fridge utensils and many more..24/7 water was available and hot water also there. There is a near by park which is only for the residents in that particular area. We saw it from out since we didn't had enough time to go inside. They have maintained it so well. The Area itself is so clean and tidy.. it's worth every penny..

I stayed at Athithi Homes for a day. I was quite pleased with the look & feel and the arrangements of the apartment. It was quite spacious too. Felt really relaxed staying here as it was very cozy. Everything was all neat and tidy. They had all the facilities we wanted. One of the things that attracted me was their wonderful neighbourhood and surroundings. Being in the middle of the city, the accessibility was another main attraction. I would definitely recommend this place to all.
