I stayed here for 50 days. I did a panchakarma next door at Ishani Ayurveda but stayed in this place. The service here was outstanding! Very kind and helpful people. When I needed to go somewhere they arranged a tuc tuc or auto as they call it. 2 times they dropped me off by themselves, no charge. I stayed on the first floor and the room was perfect. Good size, good bed, closet, a little desk and a nice balcony with a beautiful view on the garden and river. The bathroom was also good, clean and warm water. I did not had food here because of my panchakarma but it smelled amazing! There is a lot of nice places nearby and also a Shiva temple within ten minutes walking distance. Shivratri was celebrated in a big way here. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely hotel and very peaceful. Staff are very friendly and Raju helped us a lot to provide us with information on where to travel. Breakfast is included and was delicious. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place to be.

I stayed with my family. Pros: Good location, clean room, service was great, scenic location, good break fast and tea. Cons: Little far from Munnar town, nearby hotels will not be available. Overall great hotel if you need peaceful kerala vibes.

I stayed at this hotel after paying deluxe room charges, but the experience was extremely disappointing. No dinner was available. No breakfast was provided, even after charging premium rates. Bathroom slippers were not provided, which is very basic for a deluxe room. Room facilities were extremely slow and poorly maintained. Charging deluxe prices without providing even basic services is unacceptable. This hotel does not meet minimum hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Waste of money no proper amenities and toilets are smelly... High cost... Not worth of money... Cockroach and ants at floor... Very disgusting experience and no refund policy also... Never visit it
