Such a wonderful place filled with the friendliest staff. From the moment we arrived we were very well taken care of - the place is next to a forest so theres beautiful birdsongs throughout and the possibility of wildlife. The rooms were very clean and modern, even with a balcony. Very calm and peaceful place - slow mornings outside are the best. The staff were very welcoming and helped us out in many ways. We even had a cozy bonfire night! The manager Sam was an absolute jokester, made our stay memorable. We had the best time, he took care of us very well and even fought a lizard for us. Big thanks!! Absolutely loved my stay, recommend to everyone :))

Stayed at Casa Bella Thekkady (Rainwood Group) and had a lovely experience. Initially had a booking at Spices Lap Thekkady, but since it was quite far from the main Thekkady area, the team kindly helped us shift to this beautiful boutique property. The rooms were amazing with stunning views, and the amenities were top-notch. The food menu is quite limited and needs to be pre-ordered before 5 PM, especially with fewer vegetarian options. Breakfast was simpleidiyappam, puttu, curry, juice, breads, cereals, tea, and coffeebut everything tasted excellent. What truly stands out is the warm and welcoming staff, always smiling and ready to help. A perfect place for a peaceful and calm getaway.

Hospitality of the staff was very very nice Just the rooms were smelling a bit due to dampness in the walls because of rain. Food was very good and location of property was beautiful. Staff behavior was very pleasant and friendly

We had a wonderful stay here in Jan 2026. The Team were extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely with a balcony at treetop level so we were able to enjoy the amazing variety of birds. The grounds are really well cared for - its like an exclusive green oasis but only 10 mins away from the craziness of central Thekaddy. The meals we had were excellent.

We stayed at Casa Bella Resort, Thekkady for 1 day, and it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience. The owner and staff are extremely supportive, welcoming, and attentive. They even tried their best to arrange an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The breakfast option was very good, and the overall facilities were well maintained. The staff clearly understands guest comfort and always suggests what is best, making the stay smooth and stress-free. What made the stay special was the beautifully designed room the small indoor swing was arranged perfectly and added a charming, aesthetic touch to the space. The atmosphere inside the room was calm and thoughtfully decorated. Outside the rooms, the small ponds and artistic wall carvings created a peaceful and unique ambience, making the resort feel close to nature. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady who is looking for comfort, warmth, and a visually pleasing stay.
