Absolutely stunning location! We were blown away by the experience of enjoying drinks right by the backwaters it felt so private and peaceful. The ambience was perfect, making it a great place to relax and unwind. We had a fantastic time playing games like cards and carrom, and the speaker with mic setup was top-notch no disturbance at all, just pure enjoyment. A special mention to Mellinda for the great suggestions around nearby places and food. The light setup during dinner was beautiful and really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, fun, and memorable getaway!

Waste of money. The room was only average, and while the staff were polite, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the money. No drinking water was provided, so we had to spend extra on water. Although Wi-Fi was advertised, it worked only for a limited time and also provided TV and it worked only for limited time. The pool was said to be open until 10 PM, but access was restricted after 8:30 PM. There were frequent power cuts due to voltage issues, and the room was infested with cockroaches. I would not recommend this resort to others.

We stayed at this resort this week with my friends, the room was Average room not worth the money. They only provide 1bottle drinking water and they charged additional amount for extra bottles. Although Wifi was advertised but it work only for limited time due to power issues. There were frequent power cuts due to voltage issues. And also the pool was said to be open until 10.pm but it closed before 8.30 pm. The overall experience was disappointed. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Beach facing rooms were clean and nice. Pool was we'll maintained but they forgot to offer pool tubes for kids and they gave us only on the 3rd day of stay. They did not provide water bottles every day. They could not provide tea/coffee in morning/evenings. They were served along with dinner/breakfast only, however there are shops nearby. Breakfast and dinner provided were good.

First of all, this is not a 3 star hotel as shown here. The AC was not working most of the time during this summer which was the biggest drawback I felt. There are no cupboards in the room and the door was creaky which was very disturbing. There are no proper facilities for a hotel, such as tissue, tooth brush, tooth paste. The roof top restaurant was good with a nice beach view. The room ambience was also fine with a tharavadu feel. The food was just average. We need to order in advance as there is no restaurant here. So we cannot add something in between. Complementary breakfast was just for namesake with no options. Can opt for outside food if you are looking for multiple options. Room service and reception staff were friendly, but were not well trained and lacked professionalism. In short, this place may be budget friendly, but do not feel the value for money as we did not feel comfortable during our stay. Not sure how they got this 4 star rating, but please check for other options as there are many in Cherai. PS: No credit card payment accepted here.
