worst ever experince with hotel. Manoj who is i think manager doesn't know how to talk with customers and very rude. In chilled weather of munnar, we all 3 had a cold shower bath and I was just asking to give hot water. they said it will come but when god knows. I roldnthem for food but given very spicy food and told us that I thought you will like it. this is happened for breakfast as well for dinner. Also 4 photo frames (as shown in pic) hanging loosely behind bed where our head rest if we sit on bed. it was so loose that it fell down and small wooden portion borke and for that he was asking rs.500 and also telling us no manners to you. I suggest not to book hotel in life and also bad service. no choice of breakfast and dont take Chinese in this hotel. Horrible.

Great location in the valley. So peaceful especially in the mornings when you can just chill on the balcony or have a swim. Food is also really good (especially the breakfast) and the staff are very attentive and friendly, the owner broke down the logistics with munnar as its a very spread out place and had some great recommendations for us. Overall a great stay:)

My family and I stayed here for a day after being drawn by the beautiful photos and numerous positive reviews, especially about the pool. When we arrived, we were expecting a resort like atmosphere, but it turned out to be more of a comfortable stay than an actual resort. While the pictures make the property appear scenic, the surroundings tell a different story, as it is situated among other buildings, ( there are houses on top of pool area as well )so you do not really get that open resort vibe. Unfortunately, we experienced a foul smell throughout the day, and the next morning there was a smoky odor near the pool area, which made it unpleasant to sit outside. The pool itself is nice, and the mountain view from certain angles is lovely. However, the food was disappointing and lacked taste. The ambience also felt rather plain, more like being in a house, without any music or resort style liveliness. Overall, it is a decent place for a short stay in Munnar, but keep in mind that it is not a true resort experience despite what the pictures may suggest.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room we were given was swimming pool facing and very comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and a special mention to Mr. Manoj, the host, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious, and overall it was a very worthy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

During my recent trip to Munnar, I spent two peaceful nights at Chithirapuram Palace, and it turned out to be one of those stays that quietly steals your heart. The first thing that struck me was the locationsurrounded by lush tea plantations, rolling hills, and misty mornings. Waking up here feels magical, with clouds drifting past your window and birds chirping softly in the background. Its slightly away from the busy Munnar town, which makes it ideal if youre looking for peace, privacy, and uninterrupted nature. Practical Tips Best suited for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat Carry essentials, as its slightly away from the main town Early mornings here are magicaldont miss them! Ideal stay duration: 23 days (which felt just right for me)
