Mr. Selvaraj was incredibly helpful and professional. He made sure he handled everything for us incase we needed anything, he is always smiling, warm and very kind. Hope to come back the chef makes incredible food that are bound to invoke an appreciation for the good food he makes: he really elevates food. Good job Chef Eben. The property was built in 2005 it was a residence that is now providing a micro mini resort like experience the view is amazing, all the staff were polite but these two stood out for our entire group of 6 the pool is cute and gives an infinity feel. The bathroom is cleaned decently. Pro tip 1: Well let the chef know what protein you prefer and ask if they can prepare the dish in the local style :D IYKYK ( if possible) 2: We didnt get the room with the view, try to book in advance and hopefully you might the pool access rooms which looked phenomenal 3: Tip the staff generously your experience gets better

worst ever experince with hotel. Manoj who is i think manager doesn't know how to talk with customers and very rude. In chilled weather of munnar, we all 3 had a cold shower bath and I was just asking to give hot water. they said it will come but when god knows. I roldnthem for food but given very spicy food and told us that I thought you will like it. this is happened for breakfast as well for dinner. Also 4 photo frames (as shown in pic) hanging loosely behind bed where our head rest if we sit on bed. it was so loose that it fell down and small wooden portion borke and for that he was asking rs.500 and also telling us no manners to you. I suggest not to book hotel in life and also bad service. no choice of breakfast and dont take Chinese in this hotel. Horrible.

Great location in the valley. So peaceful especially in the mornings when you can just chill on the balcony or have a swim. Food is also really good (especially the breakfast) and the staff are very attentive and friendly, the owner broke down the logistics with munnar as its a very spread out place and had some great recommendations for us. Overall a great stay:)

I had a pleasant stay. The pool is a nice feature. With limited rooms available, its an excellent place for a solitary retreat. The road to the accommodation is a bit bumpy, but overall, it was a good experience.
