Had a wonderful stay at Citrus Prime Bhopal. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The location is also very convenient for travel around the city. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend Citrus Prime Bhopal to anyone visiting the city.

The stay was comfortable, staff at the reception was generous. Had a great stay. Restaurant of the hotel was good and the dishes was delicious. Liked it. During the stay kids wanted to use the swimming pool but they informed that it's in maintenance. It was ok. But later when taking bath hot water was not available, on call they again reported that due to maintenance it's not available. It was not accepted. Other than that the room, ambience and overall stay was good.

Good: 1. Chicken Tikka 2. Clean rooms. Bad: 1. AC not working. 2. Smell in the hallways. 3. Tap/Shower not working. 4. Fairly average/poor food other than Chicken Tikka.

Very good hotel for stay. And good experience . I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff made the experience truly memorable with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to the reception Dinesh and Surbhi who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of.

THEY CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE CHECK-IN Most uncouth staff ever seen! Travelled nonstop from Ahmedabad to this hotel 600kms was tired booked for 2 nights at this hotel.At around 2am on reception desk Rohit Sharma did a good thorough check-in with all the documents and all.but the thing that happened after this procedure was biggest bias act I experienced ever that person told that I need to check your bags as I was tired o gave permission and just asked him that is this any rule or legal procedure of checking a guests bag he said yes ! I am still confused and feeling biased with this conduct.
