We stayed at this hotel from 11th to 15th May 2026, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. We loved every aspect of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was delicious, and even on a day when we arrived after breakfast hours had ended, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we were well taken care of. Housekeeping and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Candolim area.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and did not justify the price. They even charged extra for providing a single additional bottle of drinking water, even though the same bottle costs only around 20 in the market, which felt unreasonable. The breakfast buffet was another letdown. The staff appeared untrained, unprofessional, and were not attentive to guests. The room also had several maintenance issues. The shower temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold even when the temperature control was not changed. The TV did not function properly, and the room telephone was also faulty. Overall, the hotel appears to be poorly managed, with inadequate maintenance and weak customer service. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

I stay in this hotel for 4 Night, 5 Days. The atmosphere is so familiar. Hospitality is actually good. They took care of cleanliness very nicely. And about breakfast, all days i have enjoyed different types of food here, everything is hot and much tasty. And specially, loved the nature of "Sneha" who is working in restaurant area, And another one is "Manjunath", he is too polite with is. All over staff is nice too. So my all over experience is too good with hotel and staff too..

My stay was very pleasant. The service was prompt, the room was well maintained and the food quality exceeded my expectations. Especially I thanks Tuna for his spontaneous service and the night front office person Sujit is a Superlative person and the way he handles everything at night is just wow.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Demandarin Hotel, Goa, and the experience was truly pleasant from start to finish. A special thanks to Sundar from the reservations team, who was extremely helpful in assisting us with the booking and patiently guiding us on all our queries. His support made the planning process smooth and stress-free. At the front office, Amit stood out for his friendly and welcoming nature. He went the extra mile to help us arrange a rental vehicle, ensuring a completely hassle-free experience for us. One of the great things about Demandarin is that they offer both a resort and a hotel setup. The resort is slightly older and located closer to Candolim Beach, which is perfect if you want quick beach access. The hotel, on the other hand, is brand new with modern amenities, offering a fresh and comfortable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Demandarin to anyone visiting Goa!
