Had a wonderful stay at Diga Vista Resort near Kanjirapuzha Dam. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the reservoir and surrounding greenery perfect for a relaxing getaway away from the city rush. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the property was calm and refreshing. A special mention to Aditya, the caretaker, who was extremely friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality really made the stay more pleasant and welcoming. The service, and overall experience were very good. The only problem was created by a bunch of drunken guys who stayed in the pool the entire night and making noise. If you're traveling, check if there are large groups staying.

Poor Management and Substandard Service We booked a private pool villa and a standard room at this resort for a family vacation, expecting a baseline standard of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing due to severe operational and management deficiencies. Key Issues Faced: Hygiene & First Impressions: The reception area set a poor tone immediately upon arrival, exhibiting an untidy appearance and a noticeable, unpleasant odor. Private pool is having insects and spider web in water. Complete Lack of Basic Amenities: Surprisingly, the reception does not have a functional landline system. Guests are forced to call a mobile number listed online for every basic request. Furthermore, the television in one room was completely non-functional, and the other had no sound. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention three times, no action was taken. Unacceptable Service Delays: Traveling with a 2-year-old child requires basic timely assistance. We requested a single packet of milk to be boiled for our childnotifying the property well in advance while en routeand had to follow up more than three times before it was fulfilled. Poor Food & Beverage Operations: The complimentary morning breakfast is extremely limited. Compounding this, a simple cup of tea was unavailable until 9:15 AM, which is unacceptably late for a hospitality establishment. This property is not family-friendly, poorly managed, and failed to deliver the basic comfort advertised. We effectively lost our valuable family time dealing with logistical frustrations. I strongly advise families, especially those traveling with young children, to look elsewhere.

A decent place for a peaceful staycation. The Premium Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a few booking issues, but Manager Adityan handled them very professionally and was supportive throughout our stay. Don't expect a luxury resort, but it's a good option if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

I Booked the room with private pool, the stay was amazing and the view of lake is so good. I accidentally booked the place but it turned out to be really good. Swiggy will be there even the food comes from far those guys will come and if u tip them they reject it(not just one person all of them). If you are looking for a peacefull stay with your partner choose this place. Ill be visiting again

Had an amazing stay at Diga Vista Resort. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by nature with stunning lake and hill views that make the whole place feel peaceful and refreshing. The ambience was calm, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall vibe of the resort was perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. The rooms were comfortable and the entire property had a very scenic feel throughout the stay. What made the experience even better was the hospitality and friendly staff who were always helpful and welcoming. Waking up to the fresh air and enjoying the serene atmosphere was honestly the best part of the trip. A perfect place to escape from busy city life and spend quality time in nature. Definitely one of the most memorable resort stays and highly recommended for anyone visiting near Kanjirapuzha Dam.
