I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and I must say, the food was exceptionally good. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was top-notch. However, I did find the prices to be a bit on the higher side. On the bright side, the service provided by Mr. Sellathurai, the caretaker, was absolutely fantastic! His responsiveness was impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of excellent. He was quick to address our needs, and his attentiveness was truly commendable. The ambiance of the resort was also very nice, adding to the overall experience. The decor was elegant, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, I would definitely consider returning to the resort for its excellent service and pleasant ambiance, but I would also be mindful of the prices. Kudos to Mr. Sellathurai for his outstanding service!"

This is a wonderful place nestled in the peace of nature. Completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this place. The place is nestled in the middle of a forest and a cardamom plantation. I wouldn't do the review justice if I didn't mention the impeccable service of the Eagle Mountain staff. They were nice, polite and on time whenever we asked for anything. Thank you Eagle Mountain for making our vacation so special. Aslo staff is very kind and good

When we ask the price initially, they quote one amount. But at the time of checkout, they add an extra 7,00010,000 to the bill. When we question this, they say the price has changed and claim that this is the actual price. Prices do not change so drastically within one or two days. This is clearly misleading and feels like cheating customers. The owner also shows a very bad attitude when questioned. There are no facilities or activities available at this resort (lodge). I strongly advise others not to select this place.

We had a wonderful experience at Eagle Mountain Munnar. We visited in the month of May end 2023. If you like peaceful and calm place than only this place is for you. Its not a resort but a good hotel to escape from the crowded place and stay among lush greenery and tropical forest. Since this property is among the nature, the property is little far away from the main town and the roads to reach this property are quite narrow and raw. Pros: - Spacious room with private balcony. - View from the balcony is top notch. - Cardamom plantation, mountain view - We spotted many birds like humming bird and giant squirrel - Loved the peaceful environment and seating area in the balcony - They made fresh and served hot food. Takes longer to prepare fresh food so We didn't mind to wait for our food. Which was tasty and delicious - No need of AC or fan. The atmosphere was pretty cool and pleasant. ( A table fan can be arranged if required) Cons: - Property is not maintained outside the restaurant area. Otherwise the property is so beautiful. - Found plastic bottles and bags near the restaurant area and lawn area.
