I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant. What truly stood out was the excellent communication throughout the booking and stay. The reception front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism and hospitality made us feel valued as guests. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was well organized. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are spacious and eventhough it is located in the heart of the city there are very good views from the balcony. Hot water available all day. Road is bit narrow but easily reach with own car. Parking area is spacious where 2-3 cars can be parked easily. Food is top notch. Akka served us hot idly and dosa which is delicious and we will definitely visit again on our next trip

I visited with my family and had a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms are good and spacious. Our room had a balcony and scenic view of tea plantation and mountain. Our host Surya the hotel manager was very helpful, friendly and polite. He helped us with all our requirements. Also he was available when we check-in late at night around 12 to help us. Amuda prepares tasty food for breakfast, it's home made and healthy.

Mr. Suryas service was excellent. He is a very kind, soft-spoken, and helpful person one of the best Ive ever met. Even at midnight, the service was prompt and supportive. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely visit your hotel again. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Thanks again!

My wife and I stayed here for two days and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were really happy with our stay. The hotel is couple-friendly, and the receptionist was a very kind and helpful person.
