Location: outside thekkady around 20km. Property: old one, some new rooms are under construction. Room: too old, not maintain properly. Garden: good enough to enjoy and chilling Area: morethan our imagination. Large enough to enjoy.. Food: as we are alone in property, menu as per our choice made. Good in taste. And services good enough. Overall experience good but outside thekkady and property was old.

Very good room and great view from hotel. We really enjoyed the beauty of landscape and the nature surrounding the property. Green vibe and happy to visit their own cardamom plantation round the property.

Eletaria was a nice location. Looks great and have a good surrounding. but for some reason, I didnt get a good sleep there, even though I was too tired. The location is very nice, but we were all alone there. There was no one else at the location. The built-up location are all good.

Property is located in a very good place. But had a bad experience. Bad maintenance, bad(no) service. Book 3 days before visit and confirmed regarding booking through phone also. Also confirmed for early check in. When I visited the place in early morning and no one was available to attend. Phone calls were not picked up. The resort is partially being renovated. Waited at entrance for about an hour and half. We even open the gate since it was unlocked and went upto the reception which was closed. No one around except bike and a lit room far off. Tried calling loud. No responce. Then went out and closed the gate. And went into town to get something to eat . Later on after 3 hours of us calling the person called back and asked to come. No sorry or anything. Still we went. After we reached they took about an hour to clean the room. No preparation. The room smelled wierd. Ants on the bed, cobwebs, fungus in the sit out etc. And we were the only guest there. Felt very uncomfortable and we checked out immediately. No refund to be given by the owner. Railed request for refund through the booking platform.

Rooms are not clean at all..Seems they have been swept and mopped many years ago..dusty, mouldy and unclean
