We recently stayed at Falcon Crest Resort, Vagamon for two days. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, most of the tourist attractions were closed, so we ended up spending most of our time at the resort. Looking back, that wasn't a bad thing at all! The location of the resort is simply amazing. Our room was surrounded by beautiful tea plantations, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere was one of the best parts of our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was well maintained, and the entire property was neat and relaxing. The food was also delicious, with good quality and taste. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pricing. If the room and food prices were a little more affordable, I'm sure more guests would choose to spend their time enjoying the resort itself. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Falcon Crest Resort. It is a perfect place for anyone looking to relax amidst nature, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vagamon.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious with good variety and quality. Overall, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

While the hotel is a bit old and the rooms could benefit from renovation, the reception area and restaurant are well maintained. The food was good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The swimming pool is excellent and well maintained, making it a highlight of the property. There is also a nice kids play area, which is great for families. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities, great views, and a convenient location.

(4.7/5) If you're looking for a place where the only thing you'll complain about is having to leave, Falcon Crest is it. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Waking up to mist-covered hills, endless tea plantations, and the valley view with a hot cup of coffee is something else altogether. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficientthey genuinely made us feel at home. Breakfast had plenty of options, and we loved the lunch, dinner, and snacks too. Good food, generous portions, and very reasonable prices... our diet plans didn't survive this trip. The swimming pool, indoor games, and ample parking were great additions. The location is easy to reach... just be ready to make friends with a few hill curves on the way. Vagamon Meadows and the Pine Forest are just a short drive away, making it a perfect base to explore the area while enjoying the peace and quiet. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend Falcon Crest to anyone visiting Vagamon. Fair warning: you might end up extending your stay!
