The owner and his wife are generous and welcoming people. They provided towel, water bottle and most importantly proper assistance whenever required. I strongly recommend everyone who are on budget to book service through them. It's better if we call them directly and book as they provide better pricing

Rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms are also ok.but had to keep asking the host to turn on the geyser. Which he did although only for a short period. Other than this everything was good the host was long and guided us with places to visit.

Yesterday we planned a family trip to Thekkady. We preferred fernadel homestay as we couldn't find any other room. We took 2 rooms and it was very bad. It is an old room, there is a lot of dust in the room, there was a bad smell of naphthalene in there. I personally would not recommend it.

Highlight is the host, Mr Dexter. He mades sure we were at home. Truly a gem of a person... Best stay if you have your own transport. Takes 5-10 mins to reach Thekkady bus stand.
