Our experience with TripCat was good overall, but the hotel stay was disappointing. The room was not clean, the Wi-Fi was not working, and hot water was unavailable. In some rooms, the bathroom door latch was broken, making it impossible to lock the door, which is a serious concern for privacy and safety. The trip itself was enjoyable, but the accommodation needs significant improvement. I hope TripCat pays more attention to hotel quality in future trips.

Our stay at Flamingo Resort was fantastic! The rooms were spotless, the staff were kind and attentive, and the location was peaceful with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and everything was well maintained. We had a relaxing and memorable vacation. Highly recommended!

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I can honestly say that I have never had such a poor experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and overall standards fell far below what I expected. The staff were not as helpful or responsive as they should have been, and several issues during my stay were either ignored or not resolved in a timely and professional manner. This made my visit extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. As a paying guest, I expected a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The lack of attention to customer satisfaction and basic hospitality was unacceptable. I hope you will take this complaint seriously, investigate what went wrong, and take appropriate steps to ensure that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience. I would also appreciate a response explaining how you intend to address these concerns. Had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Resort Munnar. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the views were beautiful. The peaceful atmosphere made our trip very relaxing. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Munnar.

This resort provides a truly peaceful escape in Munnar. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, surrounded by lush greenery and a calm atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, and the service was genuinely caring. A wonderfully serene spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Very pleased with the experience here.
