This hotel is in a very good spot, But the maintenance is Poor. Really poor. They didn't have clean sheets. There were love juice on the sheets, we had to request them to change it three times. The bedroom smelled like bathroom and the bathroom smelled even worse. Maintenance is the biggest issue there. I wish the guy who runs the hotel spends more time on maintaining the property than running errands with the jeep for 50s and 100s for nearby hotels. We literally had to scoop buckets of water from the pool to relieve ourselves on the last day (05/23/2026). Amazing place, I heard Foreigners preferred this space back then with the original owner, Now it's a shabby and dirty. We literally cleaned the bathroom on day one with mops and lyzol. Not recommended.

If you are looking for a Jungle retreat , this is a perfect place. Located in the middle of tea and cardamom garden. The resort provides jeep service for pickup and drop from High way. Beautiful place with touch of deep jungle feel. Also they provide camp fire too.

The room is below average. Doesn't have all amenities. No ceiling fan too just a table fan. Dusty everywhere in the room. The swimming pool water temperature is not managed by heaters. It's so cold that you can't enjoy swimming. The breakfast spread is limited to few items. Don't expect a wide spread. The location of the resort is main drawback. You have to go down from main road for around 1-2km offroad to reach the resort.If you are coming by own vehicle it'll be hectic.you can avail their jeep for it. The only good thing is that all the employees are helpful. Overall not worthy for the amount we pay.

As someone who travels frequently and appreciates unique stays, I always enjoy discovering properties that combine natural surroundings with comfort. This property certainly has the potential to be one of those placesbut unfortunately, it currently feels like a missed opportunity. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which is definitely one of its strongest points. Its about a five-minute drive from the main road, though the access road itself is narrow and somewhat broken, so getting in and out can be a bit inconvenient. The staff, however, are polite and helpful, and they do try to assist when issues are raised. Where the property falls short is in its overall upkeep and attention to detail. It feels like the owner and management need to invest more time, resources, and commitment into maintaining the property. With proper care and refurbishment, this place could easily become an excellent stay option. Several aspects of the room clearly require refurbishment. The walls, furniture, and fixtures appear worn and poorly maintained. The wardrobe was damaged, and the lighting fixtures were inconsistent in designsome even brokenwith overall lighting in the room being quite dim. The TV wires were left dangling instead of being neatly tucked away, Curtain fixtures were fixed on wall but a window blind was then installed making to look odd. Sofa seating was far from TV and cramped, luggage rack was away from cupboards and kettle & cutlery was kept next to toilet. These are ergonomic blunders, and makes space unthoughtful. Lack of attention to these small things spoils the overall experience and makes property look a below average stay The bathroom experience was also underwhelming. Amenities were very limited, and despite raising a complaint, the hot water never really got hot. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken as well, neither the shower had enough flow, which further spoiled convenience. The property does have a small pool where guests can relax, which is a nice addition. However, the courtyard areaunderstandably located in a jungle-like environmentwould benefit from more thorough and regular cleaning. Accumulated dry leaves and debris take away from the otherwise pleasant natural setting. Food options are quite limited, particularly at breakfast. If you are traveling with a small child, you may find it challenging to find suitable choices. Overall, the property has great potential thanks to its tranquil setting and helpful staff, but the lack of maintenance and attention to detail significantly affects the experience. At its current price point, it doesnt feel like good value for money. Unless the management invests in proper upkeep and refurbishment, its difficult to see many guests choosing to return.

A perfect getaway surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the property was well maintained. Highly recommended for families and couples.
