I recently stayed at Golden Sands By The Bay Resort, Bapatla, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food was delicious and of good quality, although slightly on the expensive side. The hospitality provided by Mr. Vikram, Mr. Rajesh, and Mr. Nagaraju was outstanding. They were courteous, attentive, and ensured that our stay was pleasant throughout. The swimming pool was excellent, clean, and enjoyable for both adults and children. The beach is just a short walk away, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this is a perfect destination for families looking for a peaceful beachside getaway with great service and well-maintained facilities. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this resort was extremely disappointing. The service was, without a doubt, the worst we have ever experienced. The resort appears to be severely understaffed, which meant every request took an unreasonable amount of time, and in many cases, no one was available to assist at all. The staff who were present seemed overworked and unable to handle the number of guests, resulting in poor service throughout our stay. Basic hospitality, prompt assistance, and attention to guests were completely lacking. For the extremely high prices charged, we expected a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead it was frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this resort to anyone unless they make significant improvements to their staffing levels and customer service.

The location of this hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing about the entire stay. It is definitely not worth the money. Here are the main issues we faced: Disappointing Restrictions: They do not allow guests to sit near the swimming pool after 8:00 PM or near the beach after 10:00 PM. In a beautiful location like this, you expect to enjoy the outdoors in the evening, but we were forced to sit inside our room instead. It completely defeats the purpose of staying here. Highly Overpriced Food & Limited Options: Because there are no other dining options nearby, you are entirely dependent on the hotel, and they exploit this. For lunch, they don't even give you options from the la carte menu. You are forced to pay a very high price for the buffet, which is extremely disappointingthe non-vegetarian selection was limited to just two items. The Rooms: While the rooms themselves are good, the lack of freedom and the unfair food pricing ruin the overall experience. Verdict: You are only paying for the location. Everything else is a letdown and not worth your hard-earned money. I would not recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Sands By The Bay, Bapatla. The beach atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for family relaxation. Special appreciation to the room service team Vikram and Swamy were very polite, helpful, and quick in responding whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality and friendly nature made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for the great service and memorable experience!
