We had booked this hotel banquet hall. It was a horrible and pathetic experience. The staff was not cooperative at all. They did not help in arranging the chairs. Even after telling repeatedly the backstage was not clear. We had clearly mentioned that it will be a fashion show, still the backstage was kept blocked. It was a nightmare. Think 1000 times before booking the hall. The payment was demanded in full . The ac was not working. The service of the staff was disgusting.

Had an amazing stay at Goveia Holiday Resort. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was perfect to enjoy Goa peacefully. The food, pool, and overall hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation with family and friends!

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this hotel are of extremely poor quality. The air conditioner (AC) in the room does not work. Please, no one should book this hotel; the food is terrible, there is no functional AC, and the Wi-Fi does not work either. Although there is a swimming pool, it is not cleaned. Despite charging 3,500 for an AC room, the hotel lacks proper amenities; even the fridge and kettle in the room are broken and do not work.

Pathetic service. We booked and paid for our rooms, but when we arrived, they told us our rooms had been given to someone else. They shifted us to another location, which was absolutely terrible. Completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Never booking here again.

I booked a 3 Nights 4 Days Goa package for 8 females through Instagram with Games of Trips. Before the trip they sent photos of Goviea Grand Hotel Goa showing a clean room with king size beds and a nice swimming pool. But when we reached the hotel the room was very small not clean and completely different from the photos. The swimming pool was also dirty with garbage.We booked a private car package but for the cruise they told us to go in a sharing bus which was parked 15 to 20 minutes away. The cruise we booked was not available and we were taken to another cruise where complimentary drinks were also not provided and the food was not good. For sightseeing we selected 6 to 7 places but decided 3-4 place woh bhi nhi leke ja rha tha . Worst games of tripp
