I had a wonderful stay at Grand Valley Munnar. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the views from every corner are simply breathtaking. Staying here feels like staying at a scenic viewpoint in the middle of nature. We visited as a group, and the hospitality was excellent. A special thanks to Vishwa, who was very active, friendly, and always ready to help our team with anything we needed. His service made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Grand Valley Munnar to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with amazing views and excellent hospitality.

A mixed experience: 1. Location is awesome, just like leaving inside tea garden. 2. Property is say adequately maintenaned. Had a good resturant. 3. Have bonfire with music, a small kids play area and a small swimming pool. 4. 24 hours of hot water at washroom is available. 5. Rooms gives a warm temperature inside, although outside is quite chill. So overall they just tried to cover all basic needs, but is that enough for a place like Munnar where people go for vacation! Let's see: 1. Rooms gives u a feeling of very very low budget hotel. 2. Although food taste is good, it's good when u ordered ala carte, but the buffet dinner is not at par. 3. Service is also a question, we ordered water bottles, that never arrived, at last we went to restaurant and took water from there itself. 4. The road to reach the hotel. It's so down from the main road that, for a normal driver it's very difficult or say dangerous. After reaching we came to know that they have drivers & also a jeep to help, well that's good but it's not user friendly, u need to wait if there are multiple people waiting to go out, and that will be a common bottle neck. So overall I had a mixed feeling.

Grand Valley Resort in Munnar offers a truly memorable stay! Nestled amidst beautiful, lush greenery, the property provides stunning panoramic views of the hills and a deeply peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-designed with large windows to take in the scenery. The staff is exceptionally polite, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food at the in-house restaurant, which offered a great variety of flavors. It is a perfect, relaxing getaway for families and couples alike. Highly recommended for a comfortable 4-star experience!

We stayed here on May 16 and 17 and booked 7 Premium Valley Rooms with great expectations after seeing the reviews. However, our experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, when we entered the rooms, there was a very strong smell coming from the bathrooms. We informed the staff, and although they poured bleach, the smell still remained. The cleanliness across all the rooms was below expectations, which left our entire family disappointed. Another major concern was the location access. The road leading down from the main road is extremely steep, making it very difficult to walk or drive back up. Thankfully, they do provide a jeep service for pickup and drop. Also, basic amenities like shower gel and body wash were not provided in the rooms. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations we had based on the reviews. With this amount you can find anothet option as well.

First of all Thank You so much Team Grand Valley for providing us a beautiful, calm and positively vibe accommodation.. From check in time till check out we have been facilitated with utmost hospitality. Restaurant area was well maintained. Provided delicious and hygienic food. Overall our experience was awesome. A special thanks to Mr Rocky Annan (General Manager) for making us comfortable during the period of stay.
