Green Ridge used to be a place where you could get really good food, but unfortunately, they seem to have seriously compromised the quality of their chapathi and porotta. For a 3-star resort, serving packet chapathi and porotta and bringing the food quality down to a level that feels worse than a local thattukada is really disappointing. Apart from the chapathi and porotta, the other food items were quite good. But I honestly wonder how the management can allow such a low-quality setup for these two basic food items in a 3-star property. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality.

Situates at heart of Munnar town. A budget fruendly and peaceful residence is offered. The rooms are well maintained. Stayed there for two days with family. The staff are much fruendly and professional. The complimentary brakefast offered by the hotel is marvelous.

Rooms were very dark with low and dim lighting. There were insects in the room with no hot water. Youll just get lukewarm water which is not sufficient in the cold weather that Munnar has during mornings. Location was good as it is in city center.

The staff is rude and non cooperative. They don't have parking facility and when we ask for parking, the staff is rude and tell to complain from whom we booked the hotel. Very irresponsible staff.

An exceptional experience! hospitality made us feel nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. And about The dining options-the food was delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent service. We will definitely be back!
