Had a great experience at your resort The ambience was really peaceful and refreshing. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the stay. Food was also very tasty Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

The rooms were acceptable, however, the staff behavior and food make this property a not recommended choice. Despite collecting the full payment along with a 1000 security deposit in advance, there was no staff available at the property to provide support. The swimming pool had no water, and no information or prior intimation was given regarding this. For breakfast, the cook arrived only after we asked for breakfast. Due to the delay, we were forced to cancel breakfast altogether. Even after checking out, I had to make more than three follow up calls to get the 1000 security deposit refunded. The person who collected the payment told that the manager would return the amount, but when I contacted the manager, she said she needed confirmation from someone else. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and the experience had the potential to spoil the entire trip.
