Excellent service and a great location. The rooms and bathrooms were very neat, well-organized, and spotlessly clean. It's a perfect place for a vacation, offering beautiful mountain views, a lovely courtyard, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very disappointed with this stay. I had already booked the room and made the full payment 2 days in advance. But at the last minute, just before the check-in time, they suddenly cancelled my booking. While booking, they provided the owners contact details, but after the cancellation he didnt even pick up my calls. Because of this, I struggled a lot at night and couldnt find any other rooms available. This was a very stressful experience. If they can cancel even after taking full payment, then its not trustworthy at all. Better look for other hotels instead of risking your trip here.

Such a dirty room and bathroom, and even worse service. The staff kept making excuses instead of providing even a single bath towel. Very disappointing stay.

Whoever is running this place doesn't really care about the customer experience and the nuances, and it really shows. But let's start with a few positives. The location is good, but not well-maintained, and the service is pretty decent compared to the non-responsive and argumentative person who is running it. Three stars are just for the location and service. To start with, almost always, there is no response on the number listed on Google. Hospitality business is all about response and making people feel at home. On one rare occasion I talked to this person, they were quite argumentative. The rooms are not maintained properly and it shows. Most of the lights are either not working or insufficient. Power/electricity randomly goes off. While we were staying, all electrical devices stopped for a couple of hours. Food seems to be outsourced and was never on time. We stayed hungry and had to follow up multiple times before getting the food. The quality was average at best, but it was certainly overpriced, looking at the price mentioned. Coming to the price, there was no bill provided, yet, for the stay or the food, despite our follow-up. This means that there's no proof of payment except for the bank statement to a random account and the food bill is not transparent.
