We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Indian and Western cuisine. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the church opposite the hotel. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of shops nearby. We would happily recommend this hotel.

Had a great experience at Hotel Sandra Palace, Thekkady. The place was clean, the ambience was really nice, and the service was good throughout our stay. They also have enough parking space, which was convenient. The traditional Malabar dishes were delicious, especially the non veg biryani and fish fry. Definitely a place worth trying when you visit Thekkady.

Stayed for a day. Service needs to be improved... Had to ask for tea kettle to the room thrice and there is no convenient plug point for it. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is on a very busy street so parking is an issue. But very close to kalaripayattu and kathakali centres so can just walk back after the show. Restaurant food is good but we were told thali meals and buffet lunch were available only by booking and ala carte would be served when time permits as they were very busy despite us being inmates of the hotel. Mutton biryani and BxxxRoast were very good.

Our stay went very well. The rooms are pleasant and quite spacious, especially when traveling with children. The sofa is a real plus for family comfort. The hot water worked perfectly, which is always appreciated. The location is ideal, right in the city center, with everything easily accessible on foot. I truly recommend this hotel

Overall it was good the room was also clean I preferred pure Jain food and they provide me delicious jain food. But you have to mention to the chef which item is not acceptable for you guys. Otherwise it was good and the staff was also polite and respectful. Thanks for your time
