We had initially faced some concerns regarding our stay due to the extreme mist and the challenging off-road route to reach Ibex Tale Rock Resort. However, the hotel staff were incredibly polite, understanding, and supportive throughout the situation. A special mention and sincere appreciation to Vignesh and manager , who handled everything exceptionally well from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a comfortable and pleasant experience. His support made a significant difference and truly reflects the resorts commitment to guest satisfaction. The entire team went above and beyond to understand our concerns and helped us seamlessly shift to Ibex Misty. Their hospitality and customer-first approach were truly impressive. The food was excellent, the location is beautiful, and the service is absolutely top-notch. Every staff member was courteous, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Vignesh and the entire team for their outstanding support and exceptional service. Highly recommended and definitely a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Specially Thanks to Arun ji, He was incredibly helpfull and was awesome which made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. My stay at Ibex Resorts Tales Rock in Valparai was truly exceptional. Surrounded by breathtaking hills and Tea Garden. The natural beauty around the property is simply mesmerizing, especially during the early mornings view of sunrise and at evenings Sunset view its mind blowing never ever experienced these in any other stay. The food provided was delicious and fresh. Overall, Ibex Resorts Tales Rock Valaparai was memorable for life. Will suggest everyone must visit once for memorable Experience.

Our stay at this property was a memorable and refreshing experience overall, especially for those who truly enjoy nature, calm surroundings, and a break from city life , though there were a few challenges worth noting. Location (3/5) : Tucked deep inside a forest, the resort offers a serene and peaceful escape thats hard to find elsewhere. The climate was absolutely pleasant , and spotting wildlife added a unique and exciting touch to the stay. It genuinely feels like a hidden retreat. However, reaching the property was quite challengingthe road conditions were extremely rough, filled with rocks, and there was limited access to essentials like water, which can be inconvenient for some travelers. Food (3/5) : The food was tasty and well-prepared , and we enjoyed the overall quality. That said, it felt slightly overpriced80 for tea or coffee and the menu had limited variety due to gas supply issues. While it didnt ruin the experience, having more options would definitely enhance the stay. Ambience (4/5) : With only seven rooms, the property feels cozy, private, and not overcrowded . The natural surroundings are beautiful , making it a great place to relax and unwind. The overall vibe is calm and scenic. However, the bathrooms could use improvementthere were cockroaches, and the tiles looked old and worn out, which slightly affected the comfort level. Service (5/5) : The highlight of our stay! The staff were extremely warm, courteous, and always ready to help . A special mention to Pradeep and Sonu, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and assisted us whenever neededtheir hospitality truly made a difference . The main issue we faced was being asked to shift to another resort during our stay due to poor management. Given the remote forest location, this created inconvenience and made transportation difficult, which was not ideal during a relaxing trip. Overall, this property has a lot of potential and offers a wonderful nature-centric experience . With some improvements in road access, facilities, and management, it can easily become a top choice for travelers looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!!

5-Star Escape into the Clouds at Ibex Resorts Tale Rock, Valparai! Nestled right in the middle of the clouds, this resort feels like a dream straight out of heaven. The view from our room was simply waaaoendless misty horizons that left us speechless every morning. Surrounded by lush tea plantations stretching as far as the eye can see, its the perfect immersion into natures embrace. No vehicle noise, just pure tranquility and the whisper of the wind. The food was outstandingfresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Special shoutout to the incredible service from Mr. Muthu, Mr. Prem, and Mr. Prasad; they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even arranged a cozy bonfire one night under the stars! Highly recommended for anyone craving a serene escape. You wont want to leave this slice of paradise.

A beautiful property nestled at the peak of the hill with a beautiful view of the valley. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in mountains report nestled in nature then this is the perfect place. Total 8 rooms 4 deluxe rooms ground floor 3 premium room along with Balcony abd valley view. 1 suite with a 180degree view big room a shower with open to sky Restaurant with 14 seater capacity A extended sit out with a cozy sofas valley view A games room with Pool table / Snakes n ladders big board/ carrom board / Chinese checkers Bluetooth speaker with Sofas for a small gathering to sit n enjoy the evening. A limited menu but all tasty foods 2 non veg daily with lunch / dinner Breakfast/ Tea- Snacks evening. White rice Sambar Rasam Poriyal Pickle Pappad Ala carte menu too limited Access to the resort is very adventurous. If traveling with kids carry snacks Not much to move once u reach resort so if u r willing to just chill then best place Mist forms from around 3pm to next next day morning 8 am. Driver stay n food is provided by resort on request. All in all Beautiful property awesome memory Shivering in summer is a awesome feel
