We had a pleasant stay at Johns Village Resort. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were courteous and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful. The only area that needs improvement is the food. While the service was good, the quality and taste of the food could be much better. Improving the food would make the overall experience excellent. Overall, it's a good place to stay, especially for the comfortable rooms. I would recommend it and hope the food quality improves in the future.

I visited Jones Village last August with my family. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment options for families. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor management decisions and unprofessional staff behavior. We booked the large family room for around 18,000, expecting a relaxing holiday. However, there was no water supply for a considerable time due to a clear management issue related to maintenance and preparedness. Our three children had to wait almost 45 minutes after bathing because they were left soaking wet while the staff struggled to restore the water supply using a hose. This delay reflected both poor management planning and inefficient staff handling of the situation. The staff also kept insisting that we finish dinner before 8 PM, even though the delay was caused by their own failure to resolve the water issue promptly. This felt like a staff-level issue in terms of attitude and lack of empathy. When we finally ordered food, it arrived very late, yet we were still rushed to eat. Instead of feeling welcomed at a holiday resort, it felt like we were staying in a boys' hostel with unnecessary restrictions imposed by the staff. The property has excellent potential, but hospitality is about how guests are treated. Sadly, the combination of poor management oversight and rude, uncooperative staff completely spoiled what should have been a memorable family vacation. I hope the management takes responsibility and focuses on improving both operational planning and staff training, because the property deserves much better service.

The rooms and facilities reflect a premium feel, yet the pricing remains surprisingly budget-friendly. What really stands out is the warm and friendly staff who ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience from start to finish. For families, the dedicated kids play area is a big plus, making it enjoyable for guests of all ages. Overall, Johns Village offers a complete package great location, excellent service, stylish ambience, and outstanding value for money. Highly recommended for anyone planning a memorable stay or special occasion.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms are huge and very well maintained. Everything from boxes of tissues, a mini fridge, hand towels to wardrobes with hangers and stuff was taken care of. The property is also pretty. The food was super delicious. The staff were excellent too! Note: 1. If you book via Agoda or other third party sites, reconfirm your room with the property because my room wasn't the same as I booked. 2. The area is a bit remote, having a personal vehicle helps.

It's a beautiful property. I came here on a family get together. We took two normal rooms, which were well maintained and cozy and we also took the duch bunker which can accomodate 9 people in its stock set-up. The bunker was a delight, lighting was good, facilities provided - TV, sound bars, couple of restrooms and it was adequately spacious. There's also a private pool provided with this room. The pool almost kid sized but with decent depth. Other activities included with the property are cycling, indoor games etc. there's a fish pond within the property. It's well maintained and feeding the fish was fun. A lot of play area for the kids - mountain climbing, swings, and other outdoor play facilities. There are certain drawbacks with the property. The pool experience was just bad. The water quality was very below standard levels. The chlorine content was overwhelming and skin and eye irritations followed for everyone who used the pool. The water was cloudy too. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre with limited number of items and it was an all vegetarian menu. Overall, it was a good experience. But it could've been better without those inconveniences.
