We had an amazing stay here! Divya was so welcoming and prepared delicious meals for us. Duleep took us out on a wonderful sunrise boat ride that we will never forget. Added bonus: Their young daughter made friends with our daughter and they played so well together. Nice balconies to sit and relax by the water, beautiful spot to do yoga.

Me and my wife had an excellent stay in May/June 2026. Host Divya was very cooperative. They provided Excellent breakfast. She was more than willing to help on anything we needed. She arranged a good boat ride clubbed with bird watching early in the morning OT was memorable. Had a very relaxed fantastic stay. Highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The owner is extremely welcoming and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The food was delicious and felt homely. They also offer activities like kayaking and speed boat rides. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Staying at Mango Kerala Homes felt like discovering a quiet corner of paradise in Kumarakom. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and unwind. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Each balcony is a perfect little retreat, ideal for sitting with a coffee and watching life drift by on the water. Practical details are well thought out too, with reliable WiFi, plenty of drinking water available, and complimentary bicycles that make exploring the nearby canals and rice fields a real pleasure. Food here is another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were generous, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Meals are shared with other guests if you wish, which adds a warm, sociable feel and often leads to lovely conversations around the table. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the early morning boat trip. Heading out at sunrise with the host, gliding through the backwaters while he points out the local birdlife, was an unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. Mango Kerala Homes offers far more than just a place to sleep. Its an experience in itself, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area

A slice of peace and paradise in Kumarakom! We were welcomed into the home by the hosts who provide such a tranquil space for you to relax. The rooms are spacious, clean and extremely comfy and the balcony on both floors offers a perfect place to relax and watch the boats go by. The WiFi also works well and there is unlimited bottles of water to stay hydrated. They also have free bikes for you to borrow so you can ride along the canal or through the rice paddies. Both the breakfasts and dinner are excellent, with plenty of food and you have the opportunity to share the table with other guests, which provides a lovely friendly atmosphere and great conversation around your meals. The real highlight is their sunrise boat tour. You must simply go with the host on his boat, as he points out all the birds of the area and you explore the local backwaters. A true highlight. I could not recommend Mango Kerala Homes enough - a must stay for all in the area!
