For room that costed more than 3k for a day, the room was small, No toiletries provided except for a tiny piece of soap for a family staying for 3 days. Basic things like soaps, small tooth paste, tooth brushes, towels need to be provided. No cupboards in the room to keep the bags. You will need to keep all your things in the floor.. The roof were leaking when rained however the staff helped to clean. The staffs were good and helpful. Food was good and homely. Overall the experience was Ok.

The rooms were below average for the price. Curtains were dirty. Bathroom has no washbasin. No toiletries. The common room was pretty much useless. And the Wifi was not working. Work from home was not at all possible and jio network is not there in this area. Only good thing was view from the balcony (shared balcony)

Worst stay ever.. no proper toiletries.. no tv and no WiFi.. proper service is not there.. rooms were not clean at all water droppings were there inside room.. worst restaurant ever .. pls dont book

Travelled there with friends and the stay was good with spacious rooms and stunning view from the balcony. The drive to reach the place is also good, little hilly but if you have your own vehicle, it is definitely worth the drive. The caretaker Ajesh was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with good home cooked Kerala breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this stay if you are in Vagamon for short vacation.

Initially, we planned to stay for just a day, but the resort's charm and the staff's warmth convinced us to extend our stay by 3-4 days. Moon Palace Hillstay Resort is a gem in the heart of Vagamon . Its central location makes it easy to explore the city's main viewpoints and sightseeing spots. We felt like we'd found our home away from home. The food was incredibly delicious, and the family who runs the resort is warm, lovable, and made us feel right at home. They tailored meals to our requirements and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The owner is particularly impressive - attentive, caring, and full of valuable advice on healthy eating. He even recommended an exciting Jeep safari adventure and made necessary arrangements for the same. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Vagamon . The hospitality, ambiance, and views are all top-notch.
