It was nice to be there. The rooms are very good, neat and clean. I personally found the bathrooms to be very luxurious . Beside the staff was too good. They are very co operative and gave us a really good hospitality. We actually experienced a luxurious visit there. And the view is also very refreshing. I will suggest everyone this resort if you are planning a trip to Munnar.

The cottages are really awesome. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of nature. If you love nature you should definitely book your room here. Places like safari ride and chocolate factory is easily accessible from this location. The staff here is very humble and helpful. During our stay we did mot find any difficulty. The stay was good with good food and service. One should definitely book their stay here if planning to visit Kerala.

Pros: The rooms were clean, spacious, and well designed to give a cottage feel. The restaurant served food that tasted great. Kids can play around in a small play area with swings, seesaw, slide, and a pool. For the three days we stayed there, we saw the pool being cleaned everyday. We visited in February second week and the climate was cool and not too hot or too cold. Staff and management were well mannered and courteous. Loved their hospitality. They provide facility for campfire. Cons: With so many resorts, it is easy to lose your way, so always keep your google map on. It is better to go in a vehicle that is capable of maneuvering through hilly and bad roads.

The place is awesome for spending a weekend. Quiet and peaceful area. Friendly and cooperative staff. They helped me by carrying my luggage. Dinner and breakfast were good. We had campfire at night with music and had a good time at the pool in the morning. The rooms were the best - neat and clean. The only issue is the location of the place which was hard to find. The path to the resort is barely there. We can get there by bike or car but not possibly to reach by tourist bus since the road is too narrow and steep. Everything else is fine.

The hotel facilities are good with respect to guests, but my 3 star rating are for the facilities provided to the accompanying drivers. Food is not provided to drivers and also bathroom facility is not so clean for them. Also, hot water services are not provided to drivers. If hotel facilities are so great for the guests, they should be up to the mark for the drivers as well, as they will get more guests to you based on their experience. Please provide basic human requirements for drivers too. Otherwise the accommodation facility is great from a guest's perspective. Thank you.
