Average stay overall, and definitely not justified for the price charged. Basic amenities like toiletries and towels were not provided. Even for the extra bed, no bedsheet was given. The reception staff was extremely unresponsive most of the time no one was available at the desk if you needed assistance. There is no lift in the property; although the staff helped with the luggage once, repeatedly going up and down the stairs was inconvenient. Another major issue was room security. Initially, the reception staff denied providing a room key, saying the key for that particular room was lost and that we could simply keep the room open, which was quite unacceptable. Only after insisting did they hand over what seemed to be a master key. This should have been clearly informed before taking payment for the room. The most disappointing part was the way we were treated as visitors from another state. At the restaurant, one waiter was not even willing to take our order because we did not speak the local language. He even refused to serve the food we had ordered, claiming it was unavailable, while the same dish was later served to another family that had arrived well after us. Thankfully, another staff member tried to help despite the language barrier. Overall, the hospitality and guest handling need significant improvement.

Compact rooms, nice mountain view balcony, wifi available. Plenty of parking space and campfire arae with DJ music. Nearby restaurant for food and snacks. Tasty Tea shop opposite to hotel. Walking distance to marayoor market.

We were a group of six girls travelling from Coimbatore to Munnar, and our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax after sightseeing. The staff were extremely supportive and helpful throughout our stay from guiding us with local spots to making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly behaviour made us feel completely safe and at home. The property itself is peaceful, with beautiful surroundings that added to our Munnar experience. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended for girls groups and families!

Nimna Residency in Marayoor is a comfortable and budget-friendly stay that works well for short getaways and exploring nearby attractions like Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary and Lakkam Waterfalls. The rooms are simple but functional, offering basic amenities such as a, TV, and private bathrooms, which are adequate for travelers looking for a no-frills place to rest. Some visitors felt the facilities could be a bit more polished, and there arent many extra amenities like in higher-end stays. Our group consist of 90 people, even though the service is so poor, because there is no water service in each floor, and the provided water at the ground floor is not clean. The main issue with the residency is the wifi condition, it's buffering for almost 10 hrs , if the croud increases they need to utilise the situations. Also they didn't provide soap & towel for refreshment.

Extremely disappointed. The afternoon lunch which caused severe stomach upset later that evening for almost everyone who had food there. I ended up having to stay home from work the next day.No bedsheets available.
