Noel and their family were very good and helpful. But I didn't like the room because AC didn't gave enough chillness. In day time AC chillness was very very low. Night time AC chillness was good. Since the cealing of the house is not RC type u can feel heat very much on day time and AC also doesn't give enough chill. Frequent power off was there during our stay it was not long power off ten minutes power was off frequently which made our night difficult since we travelled alot and tired on that day. Room lock was not working properly. But their family is good and helpful. Swiggy was also available at that place. Only main concern was AC not giving chillness at day time.

The couple who host this property are very kind and good they took of us with so much love and the best part is first floor balcony with swings and ocean view..

We are a family of 10 ppl and came from Tamil Nadu with no friends are relatives in allepey. We made all arrangements through watsapp only . But Mr.Noel and his son made our stay very comfortable. They very helpful and responsive. Their hospitality was so good . Welcomed us with smiling face which made us feel like our own home . The food was very good and more than sufficient. Rooms very clean and spacious as well . Very safe place for anyone new to allepey . We highly recommend this place . Thanks

We stayed at Noels Beach Homestay for a day with our toddler, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for several reasons. First, the host is very money-minded. We were pushed to book shikara rides and rent two-wheelers through himboth at prices that were significantly higher than what youd find locally. We were even charged extra just to prepare food for our toddler, which felt very inconsiderate, especially for families traveling with young children. The kitchen was dirty and unhygienic, so we didnt feel comfortable using it at all. The rooms themselves were small, and the balcony with a beach view is misleadingits actually a door that opens onto a shared common balcony, offering no privacy and no real beach view. The beach thats advertised as walking distance is close, but not worth the hypeit was dirty, with black sand and not well maintained. Definitely not the beautiful beach experience we were expecting. On top of that, the approach to the homestay is through extremely narrow roads. Even reaching the place on a two-wheeler was difficultdefinitely something to consider if you're bringing luggage or traveling with kids. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations. I wouldnt recommend it for families or for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and genuinely hospitable environment.
