A beautiful riverside resort that offers the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and hospitality. Waking up to the soothing sound of the flowing river and enjoying the peaceful surroundings makes every stay memorable. What makes this place even more special is its owner (Jose )a wonderfully funny and cheerful person who keeps guests smiling with his jokes, stories, and warm personality. If youre looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning river views (especially during monsoon) and a host who knows how to make people laugh. Highly recommended!!!!

A Truly Wonderful Escape into Nature Palattys Resort! Our stay at Palattys Resort was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully connected with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the usual busy routine and spend quality time surrounded by greenery, fresh air and beautiful natural surroundings, this is definitely a place worth experiencing. Location & Natural Beauty the biggest highlight of Palattys is its beautiful natural setting. The greenery, peaceful atmosphere, and the overall environment make you feel completely relaxed. It is the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe fresh air and genuinely enjoy being away from the city. Rooms & Comfort the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was taken care of. The peaceful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable, especially during the morning hours when the whole property feels incredibly refreshing. Natural Pools A Special Experience the natural pools were one of our favourite parts of the stay. There is something very special about enjoying the water in such a natural and beautiful environment. It was refreshing, relaxing and definitely one of the experiences that made our stay memorable. Excellent Customer Service special mention absolutely has to go to Mr. Vipanj and Mr. Jijo. Their hospitality, friendly approach and willingness to help made a big difference to our experience. They were approachable, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcomed rather than simply being guests. Good hospitality is not just about providing facilitiesit is about how the people make you feel, and Vipanj and Jijo did that exceptionally well. From helping us with our needs to making sure we were comfortable, their service was warm and personal. They are definitely a great asset to the resort. Overall Experience what I loved most about Palattys Resort is that it doesn't feel like just another accommodation. The combination of nature, peaceful surroundings, comfortable rooms, natural pools and genuinely good hospitality makes it a special place. We really enjoyed our time here and left with some beautiful memories. I would happily recommend Palattys Resort to couples, families, friends and anyone who simply wants to disconnect from the busy world and spend some peaceful time in nature. A big thank you to the entire Palattys team, especially Mr. Vipanj and Mr. Jijo, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Definitely a 5-star experience, and a place I would love to visit again! Highly recommended!

A Much-Needed Break at Palattys Resort! My stay at Palattys Resort was honestly one of those experiences I didnt know how much I needed until I was there. As a bachelor, travelling on my own, I was mainly looking for a peaceful place where I could step away from the usual routine, relax and spend some quality time with myself. Palattys turned out to be exactly that and much more. The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. A special mention to Mr. Vipanj and Mr. Jijo, who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality felt genuine and personal, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, giving me the perfect space to unwind after travelling. But the real highlight for me was the beautiful natural surroundings. And the natural pools were simply amazing! Theres something incredibly refreshing about being in natural water surrounded by greenery and complete peace. It was the perfect place to disconnect from everything for a while and just enjoy the moment. What I loved most about Palattys is that it doesnt feel like just another resort. It has a peaceful, natural charm that makes you slow down and actually enjoy where you are. This trip was a much-needed break for me, and I came back feeling genuinely refreshed. Sometimes all you need is a quiet place, good hospitality, nature around you and a little time away from everything. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Vipanj and Mr. Jijo, for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Truly a wonderful experience at Pallaty resort . Staff were extremely friendly and especially Mr Sebastian made us feel comfortable throughout our stay . The resort is situated immediately next the river bank and we can go trek inside the river which was an amazing experience. The staff will assist and guide for the trek.
