We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing throughout. One of the best parts was the balcony the view was absolutely awesome, overlooking a beautiful tea garden that made mornings and evenings truly refreshing. The food served at the hotel was good, tasty, and satisfying, with decent variety. What really stood out was the staff they were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great views and good service.

However, considering the price, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The cost is quite high compared to the services and facilities provided. There were no indoor or outdoor recreational activities available, which limited the options for guests to spend their leisure time within the property. Additionally, the service was slow and not well organized, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. The breakfast spread was also quite limited and did not justify the premium pricing. While the location and natural beauty are definite highlights, improvements in service quality, activities, and dining options would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and better match the pricing.

I had a wonderful solo stay at Palve Sugavasam, Ooty, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of Ooty while still being away from the noise. The surroundings are very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A special mention to the supervisor, Dinesh, who made my stay even more comfortable. From smooth check-in and check-out to arranging breakfast and dinner, he handled everything with utmost patience, a constant smile, and great professionalism. His hospitality genuinely stood out, and Im thankful to him for that. Overall, this is a highly recommended place, especially for those travelling with family, as it offers comfort, serenity, and great service.

I recently stayed at this hill station hotel palve sugavasam and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel stands out for its warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The peaceful location and well-maintained rooms add to the charm, making it a must-visit place for anyone traveling to the hill station. Pros: Excellent hospitality with polite and helpful staff Clean, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere Great service quality, making the stay enjoyable Breakfast and lunch was soo good there The hanging chair on rooftop was a cherry on cake. Cons: Heater facility is not available in rooms No proper parking space provided for guests Cold weather can be uncomfortable at night without heating Overall, its a great place to stay for its service and hospitality, but adding basic amenities like a heater and parking would make the experience even better.

Palve Sugavasam is located in a beautiful area, right beside a tea estate, offering lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the staff is polite and helpful, always providing whatever we requested. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The cost felt quite high compared to the overall experience. We unfortunately found a worm in the breakfast, which was disappointing, and there were also issues with hot water availability. While the location and staff are positives, the hotel needs to address these concerns to better justify the price.
