Very disappointing experience at Peter's Inn. I stayed here multiple times before and even recommended it to friends. This time, the fan above my dorm bed wasn't working, the bed was far from the AC, and there were mosquitoes throughout the night. It made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was my worst experience here so far. I hope the management addresses these issues, but based on this stay, I cannot recommend it.

the rooms were very shady , like in sleeper class trains . we went there to fresh up but i saw the condition of stay. for resh up meaning bathroom and toilet 100 rs per person. good thing is that it is besides the metro . i will post the photo here. the shwer area is too too small . you can just stand and take a auick shower can't even bend a little bit , and if you are bit tall like me you can even see other shower rooms , height of the shower area is also very short. But again for quick fresh up for boys its ok. i didn't feel like people will steal anything but the room was very conjugated and smelly from everyone bathing, and ac they will only turn on from 7pm to 7am

This is a honest review from what we experienced. We were a 14 member team who wanted to roam around kochi for 3 days. We approached Peters Inn and their prices were acceptable. 9000rs for 2 days for 14 members. We believed the photos to be true as such in thr dormitory, but it is far more apart. There are around 60 beds in one dormitory for gents and around 30 beds for female. No proper bed spread were given. Even bath soaps which is to be included for the price were not provided. There is no privacy for the people. No locks for cupboards benath the cot. For safe locker additional chargea has to be paid. Coming to the restroom section the toilet were very small. No space to even turn around. *There is no bucket or mug* only a shower that too with low pressure. If 2 to 3 person is bathing at the same time you can only fill a cup of water with it. *No Heater* facility. In bathroom you don't even have a hook to hang your clothes. The photos provided are not exactly the same. *Poor lighting* inside the dormitory. We were not able to pack our things. There were AC's inside the dormitory but not enough to support a 60 bed dormitory. No extra fans were kept to manage the same. The one good part was the receptionist were friendly enough to understand we were a group of friends came to enjoy our trip so he allocated a seperate space for 14 members that too only in the second day. Even after paying half of the amount 4 days before. It can be understood that. It is a dormitory which focuses getting people not on improving their facility. They can 1. Add curtaind to each bef for additional privacy 2. Provide lockers beneath the cot for keeping bags 3. Add proper lighting and fans to make sure people don't suffocate 4. Keep a bucket and mug in the bathroom so that people could atleast wash their clothes 5. Keep heater facility. Thank you, I believe that this could help someone to decide on making their decision.

I stayed in dormitory here. Little crowded place. Best thing about this is located in the heart of the Kochi's city centre. All types of transportation are available near to this place. Bed spaces are little small in width. Overall it's ok.

Very Disappointing Stay Misleading Reviews I booked Peters Inn Metro Stay, Kochi based on the positive Google reviews for our group program, but the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group, and the dormitory conditions were far worse than what is shown in the photos online. The beds were very dirty, dusty, and clearly not cleaned properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It felt unhygienic to even sleep there. The dormitory is overcrowded, with around 60 beds in a single hall for gents. There is almost no privacy at all, and there are no proper bedspreads provided. Lockers are not available unless you pay extra, and even the cupboards under the beds do not have locks. The bathroom facilities are extremely poor. The toilets are very small with hardly any space to move. There is no bucket or mug, only a shower with very low water pressure, so if two or three people use water at the same time, it becomes almost impossible to bathe. There is also no heater facility, which is basic for any stay. Inside the dormitory, the lighting is very poor, making it difficult even to organize luggage. Even though there are AC units, they are not sufficient for such a large dormitory, and there are no extra fans, which makes the room uncomfortable when many people stay together. The photos shown online do not reflect the actual condition of the place. The only positive part was that the reception staff were friendly, and they tried to allocate a separate space for our group on the second day. Overall, this place feels like it focuses only on filling beds rather than providing a comfortable or clean stay for guests. I would strongly suggest the management improve basic facilities like: Clean and hygienic bedding Curtains for privacy Proper lockers for belongings Better lighting and ventilation Bucket and mug in bathrooms Water heater facility Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this place for group stays or comfortable accommodation in Kochi.
