Heartfelt & Unforgettable Stay at Purple Palms Resort! I love writing reviews, and Purple Palms was such a genuinely wonderful experience that I couldn't resist sharing this one! Honestly, for the first time ever, I found myself missing a resort after coming back home. Usually, no matter how great the stay is, it always feels like "there's no place like home"but Purple Palms earned a very special place in our hearts. Being there truly reminded me that there is still so much goodness and warmth left in the world. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and caring, making our stay deeply memorable. A few special highlights and mentions for the team: Housekeeping Team: Bala Krishna, Saraswathi, and Palak thank you for keeping our room so spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Your work ethic and polite nature were top-notch. Rakshith & The Honest Help: This is an incident I will never forget. I accidentally dropped my toe ring in the pool and couldn't find it, so I walked away. Later, when my husband mentioned it to the team, a staff member named Rakshith went out of his way to find it in the pool and personally handed it back to me. That level of honesty and willingness to help means the world to me! Ozone-Controlled Pool: The swimming pool was ozone-controlled, making it super clean, hygienic, and very gentle on the skin. Dining & In-House Bar: The food at their Elephant Restaurant was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! Manoj and Ehsaan at the restaurant took such amazing care of us with their thoughtful service. They also have an in-house bar called Bandook Bar, which adds a great vibe to the evening. Gaming Zone & Gym: The resort has a fun and well-maintained Game Zone, which was super enjoyable. Their Gym is also fully equipped with all proper machinery, making it easy to stay active during the vacation. Along with everyone named above, I also want to extend a big heartfelt Thank You to all those staff members and employees whose names I couldn't ask for or don't know, but who worked hard behind the scenes to make our stay seamless. The service, amenities, food, ambiance, and above all, the genuine warmth of the people here were simply unmatched. If you are looking for a relaxing, positive, and soul-satisfying getaway, Purple Palms is the place to be. Thank you, Team Purple Palms, for giving us such precious memories. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The resort exceeded expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained with a peaceful atmosphere, spacious and well-kept rooms, and stunning surroundings. The staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and complimentary breakfast spread was upto the mark. All the other amenities like pool, indoor play room and fitness centre were excellent. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every detail reflected great hospitality and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway. Will definitely visit again!

Good location very much accessible from. Main road Very friendly staff and took care of the 2 year old babies food and stay. Also provided baby cots for our twins. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the vibe of the overall resort wqs very good. Thanks to the hotel staff and Elephants and Coffee staff for making the stay comfortable

Stayed for one night with family and a child. The location felt convenient and safe. The property was clean and well maintained throughout. Food quality was good, and service was prompt. Room service responded quickly and handled requests efficiently. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A good choice for a family stay.

A good place to stay, amenities are best pool is clean and good to have fun, gym is also good and the spa is much visit (its chargeable) All are friendly and also kids friendly. Lovely people. Note: Adding my feedback by my own noone has said to provide.
