Very disappointed. The quality of service provided, the food served, the low maintained ambiance everything was below expectations and not worthy for the amount charged. It is not a resort, it is a low maintained house on river bank. Only plus point is the river access, that too own risk.

Horrible stay! Not worth the money time and energy! Absolutely no safety the balcony had no option to lock and anyone can enter the room from the balcony. Very dirty DO NOT GO WITH THE PHOTOS UPLOADED! Worst customer service SHAIJU who is the in-charge of SKYBZ did not respond to any of the concerns. Horrible service never book with SKYBZ

Worst place. We paid Rs. 5600 but not worth the money. No door key. No curtains and privacy. No extra beds or towels or pillows. Broken door handle. Fungus inside the fridge and a totally uncleaned fridge. No shower in the bath cubicle. Full of dirt in the bathroom and wash basins. broken Glass door. No proper room service, no WIFI. No heater. no extra towels and pillow and blankets. Terrible place to go and stay. No remote control for AC no regulator for fan. Give photo of very nice ambience in the tripuntold app but what we got and experienced was shocking and was extremely dissappointing. Dont reccommend at all.

Worst place, we lost villa key and they dont have spare key too , told us some other guest took the spare key , they charged from us for changing the lock. Very bad experience, property has no activity to do , river bed is not clean at this place since many resorts already using the same before water reach here , food is decent. Overall very bad experience dont recommend at all not worth for the price asked

Good Stay nearby Athirampilly. We had taken 2 Bhk villa , it was good for bachelors/Family. Villa had good river side view, So any time we can approach river. Breakfast was homely. Special mention for Mr adhin( Hotel staff) , he was polite and humble . Overall we enjoyed. S
