One of the most peaceful stays we've had. The duplex tree house sits right in the middle of nature and feels wonderfully serene. Ajesh is a fantastic host who organised everything seamlessly, from the stay to the activities, and caretaker Dhan was so kind and helpful. The home-cooked food was delicious. The bamboo rafting and kayaking were great fun, and the farm tour was a real highlight, we learned about so many plant species and their uses. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at Ajeshs property. The cave accommodation was unique and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the many activities, the beautiful riverside, and the informative plantation tour. The candlelight dinner was beautifully arranged, and Ajesh was a warm and welcoming host. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable stay!

A dreamy escape to a beautiful spot amidst nature .Owner and family are very polite and friendly. Beautiful stay with wayanad speciality fruits and herbs around. Great home made food 5/5 Activities are really a great experience. History behind the place is quite interesting. To take a realtime break from worklife, I would recommend this place waking to beautiful mountains , birds chirping, greenery around to a beautiful Lakeview with sunray beaming.. Awaking to a beautiful and peaceful mornings.

In short, a wonderful experience. The property is located in a really good location that is right by the Kabini river. The rooms are indeed really good. We stayed at the Duplex Treehouse which had a direct view of the river and was a really cozy space. Compact, but not cramped. It was just perfect. The host Ajesh is a really nice person too, very welcoming and courteous. Rest of the staff were really well behaved and extremely helpful all through. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed time in Wayanad.

The cave room was an exquisite experience, unlike anything weve ever seen before. The thought put into the architecture was simply amazing, and the private pool was the perfect cherry on top. The owner, Mr. Ajesh, was happy to accommodate us and provided a one-of-a-kind experience. We enjoyed bamboo rafting and kayaking on the banks of the Kabini Rivernotably, we were able to do these activities with our two-year-old. We also loved the hilltop trek on his farm to watch the sunset, where he shared his knowledge of organic farming with us. Sipping their house-brewed coffee while watching the sunset was the perfect end to our trek. The dinner was incredible. Although we had to select our options a day in advance, they actually served us more than we had pre-ordered. The home-cooked meal was truly delicious.
