Property is large with a bunch of villas, a couple of them come with private pool. Has a common pool, not very well maintained, and just beside the dining/restaurant area. Overall property is like a decent lodge - not clean like a well maintained resort. On a sunny morning would look good, but on a rainy day - it looks dirty/gloomy - layout is mixed up. Humid area, so everything smells a little moldy - mixed quality beds, toilets/baths. Mostly same feedback - not bad, but neither is it good enough for a comfortable stay. Decent - you can't place finger because you can't really call it bad - but you won't feel good neither. Took a 2 Bedroom villa(we were just 2 adults and 2 kids) which for the price would be value for money if a couple of families(comfortably accommodates 8). From what i understood, these are mostly non-Air Conditioned, which is not something mentioned explicitly - I tried to request for a AC one, but a vague answer, about unavailability. Breakfast was good - dinner buffet decent. Restaurant food choices limited and quality decent(not best, but manageable). Not for a long stay, but as a sleep over, maybe, if you are looking for a stay and go around. Would i go again - not if i can avoid.

Safari Hills is a wonderful property spread across 7 acres of beautiful land. The resort offers plenty of space to relax, with well-maintained villas and scenic surroundings. We really enjoyed the turf, indoor games, and outdoor activities available on the property. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The peaceful atmosphere and spacious environment made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups looking for a relaxing getaway in Wayanad!

The resort is quiet and has great potential, if it were properly maintained, it would be excellent. The rooms are clean but not up to the mark. Waste and plastic bottles are scattered around, and none of the staff seem concerned about picking them up. A used coffee mug was left on our patio for two days. The food is good, but once again, there is a lack of proper management.

Though the room was booked beforehand, it was not kept ready. Whole property was poorly maintained. It took them more than 1 hour to arrange the second room. Totally slack crew. Had a broken window with faulty curtain. Pool was not maintained properly too!

The hotel did not have basic service,like hot water,we can't order food from outside Food was very limited ,we are forced to eat what is made or need to go out to eat . The amount asked for food is not worth for the kind of food provided here The Service is not good the manager and front desk is not helpful , the room service person was really helpful,he was very co-operative. Provided better service compare to the hotel staff and manager.
