A Wonderful Stay at Safari Hills Resort, Vythiri! Our entire team had an amazing stay at Safari Hills Resort, Vythiri. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and excellent facilities, making it the perfect destination for a team outing. A special thanks to Manager Mr. Ummer for his warm hospitality and for ensuring everything was well organized throughout our stay. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Ramettan, who provided exceptional support in the banquet hall during our event. His dedication, friendly attitude, and wonderful entertainment as a singer made our program even more enjoyable and memorable. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Mr. Mahesh, our booking coordinator, for understanding all our requirements and making sure every need was fulfilled smoothly from the time of booking until the end of our stay. Thank you to the entire Safari Hills team for making our trip a memorable one. We truly enjoyed every moment and look forward to visiting again. I was very much worried while searching for resorts in Wayanad but I finally found Safari hills resorts as I had been with my family of 4. Now I feel I had made the best selection in choosing this villa to stay for 2 whole days with my family. Enjoyed a lot here lot of games to play (indoor and outdoor) Coming to food it is the best I have ever tasted in resorts. Receptionists are good, chefs are super friendly they bring necessary things to you or check with us if we had food or not. And the best is the manager (Nazeer) he is the best person in the resort I have met. Super cool guy just spoke to me as my closest family member and gave all of the access to the super cool Amenities in the resort. Last but not the least Hospitality guy (NAYAN) was the best who nicely heard me and served the best food, coffee , cakes and other stuff whatever required. The good part is no ALCOHOL allowed here, I liked that as we go with our family and if alcohol isnt consumed or sold in the resort then it is the best thing we could enjoy and roam around without any issues. Overall resort ambience was the best Prices are best. Super friendly staff. Best unlimited food. Ill visit again with my complete family

Property is large with a bunch of villas, a couple of them come with private pool. Has a common pool, not very well maintained, and just beside the dining/restaurant area. Overall property is like a decent lodge - not clean like a well maintained resort. On a sunny morning would look good, but on a rainy day - it looks dirty/gloomy - layout is mixed up. Humid area, so everything smells a little moldy - mixed quality beds, toilets/baths. Mostly same feedback - not bad, but neither is it good enough for a comfortable stay. Decent - you can't place finger because you can't really call it bad - but you won't feel good neither. Took a 2 Bedroom villa(we were just 2 adults and 2 kids) which for the price would be value for money if a couple of families(comfortably accommodates 8). From what i understood, these are mostly non-Air Conditioned, which is not something mentioned explicitly - I tried to request for a AC one, but a vague answer, about unavailability. Breakfast was good - dinner buffet decent. Restaurant food choices limited and quality decent(not best, but manageable). Not for a long stay, but as a sleep over, maybe, if you are looking for a stay and go around. Would i go again - not if i can avoid.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Safari Hills Resort. The location is perfect surrounded by lush greenery, misty hills, and pure fresh air. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking every morning. Staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel like family. Food was delicious with authentic Kerala flavors. The resort vibe is peaceful yet fun, perfect for everyone . Thank you Safari Hills team for making our gathering truly enjoyable and unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!

The resort is okay overall, but our experience was quite disappointing. The property is huge, with multiple villas, and some of them even have private pools, which is a nice concept. However, it didnt really give us the feel of a well-maintained resort. It was an okay stay, but nothing that stood out. Our experience started off poorly at check-in. The receptionist didnt explain several important details that guests should know. She told us someone would escort us to our villa, but no one came. After waiting for a while, we had to call the reception ourselves before someone finally showed us the room. The communication throughout our stay was disappointing. We were told that the reception would call us regarding dinner since it wasnt included, but nobody called. Once again, we had to contact them ourselves. The dinner buffet cost 450 per person, which would have been reasonable if there had been enough variety. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited, and while the food wasnt bad, it certainly wasnt worth the price. That said, the restaurant staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. They were one of the few positives during our stay. Overall, this place has potential because of its large property and villa concept, but the poor maintenance, lack of transparency, and disappointing hospitality overshadowed everything else. Sadly, this wasnt the relaxing getaway we had hoped for, and I wouldnt consider staying here again unless there are major improvements in both service and management.
