We had a wonderful stay at Saj Resort! The property is beautifully located and full of potential for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were pristine, cozy, and impeccably maintained, featuring fresh linens, spotless amenities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staffs attention to detail and high standard of housekeeping made us feel right at home. Arrival was seamlessthe team coordinated our entry smoothly, and the internal buggy service was prompt and convenient. A special mention goes to the food: every meal was prepared fresh to order, full of flavor, and exceptionally high quality. Overall, the resort offers great hospitality, efficient service, and fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!

We recently had a wonderful staycation at Saj Earth Resort, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The property is beautifully designed, blending nature with comfort, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere right from the moment you step in. The highlight of our stay was definitely the poolspacious, clean, and incredibly inviting. We spent some of our best moments there, simply unwinding and soaking in the vibe. Its perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We had opted for the half-board package, where dinner was served la carte and breakfast was a buffet. The food was really good, with satisfying variety and taste, adding nicely to the overall experience. Everything about the resortfrom the ambience to the hospitalitymade our stay special. It was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were looking for. Looking forward to visiting again!

An Incredible Eco-Luxury Stay Right Next to CIAL! If you are looking for a peaceful resort experience without traveling far from the Cochin International Airport (COK), SAJ Earth Resort is easily one of the best choices in Kochi. I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the unique layout and the serene ambiance. The Vibe & Property: The resort is designed beautifully around a massive, winding outdoor swimming pool. If you book the pool-view or pool-access rooms, you can literally step out right near the water. The lush greenery and traditional Kerala-inspired aesthetics make you forget you are just minutes away from a major airport. Rooms: Spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered excellent privacy. Dining & Hospitality: The buffet breakfast had a fantastic spread, featuring both authentic local Kerala delicacies (the appam and stew are a must-try!) and standard continental options. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive to every request. Amenities: They have a great Ayurvedic spa (Mayflower Spa), a gym, and well-kept lawn areas. Its perfect for transit travelers, families, or couples looking for a relaxed staycation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality in Kochi!

We recently stayed at Saj Resort and unfortunately had a very underwhelming experience. While the location and overall property have potential, several major issues spoiled our stay. The biggest letdown was the room cleanliness. The bedsheets and covers looked like they hadn't been changed from the previous booking they were clearly used and not fresh. The blanket cover was crumpled with visible marks/stains on it. The curtains appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the walls had damp patches, giving the room a musty feel. To top it all, we spotted a cockroach in the washroom, which was completely unacceptable for a resort of this standard. Service at the gate was also frustrating. We waited almost half an hour in the rain because outside autos are not allowed inside the premises, and the buggy took forever to arrive. This lack of coordination made our arrival quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the food was okay. It was prepared on order (not a buffet), and the taste and freshness were decent. Overall, we expected much better hygiene, maintenance, and basic service for the price and brand. The resort needs serious attention to housekeeping standards and operational efficiency. Would not recommend until these issues are addressed.

Good facilities, but a very disappointing management experience, The facilities and the service from most of the staff at Saj Earth were wonderful. However, the behavior of the manager in charge, Mr. Ajeesh, was extremely disappointing. When we asked for a small bottle of water during check-out, he spoke very rudely, insisting that it would be charged and refused to provide it without payment. Basic hospitality, which one expects from a reputed hotel, was completely missing from his side. The attitude of such staff members truly ruins the reputation of a good property.
