Easily the best place to stay in Munnar! We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The entire team is fantastic, with a special shoutout to Harshitha, who was an incredible host and truly made our stay so pleasant and memorable. The rooms were lovely and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Having a private balcony was a massive highlightperfect for chilling out and enjoying a few drinks in the evening. The food was spectacular; every single dish we tried was delicious. The buffet breakfast was awesome, and we were incredibly impressed by how the team handled an unexpected gas shortage during our stay in April. They managed seamlessly, ensuring every item we wanted was fully available. A wonderful bonus of staying at a Taj property is the unlimited bottled water, and they even encouraged us to take as many bottles as we needed when heading out for sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at IHCL Scenic, Munnar. Our Superior Room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning balcony with a serene forest view. The weather made the experience even more magical. A special thanks to Rubab at the spa for her warm hospitality and an incredibly relaxing foot massage. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the service by Sangeet and Vidhya was exceptional they were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Mr. Joyson from room service was kind, efficient, and ensured all our needs were taken care of. The valet team also deserves appreciation for their prompt, patient, and courteous assistance throughout our stay. The breathtaking valley views, the swimming pool and outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar. One area that could be improved is the poolside service. We waited nearly 45 minutes for a plate of starters, which felt quite long considering the hotel's otherwise excellent hospitality standards. Additionally, there were very few staff members available around the pool area, making it difficult to request assistance or place orders promptly. At breakfast, the waffles were undercooked, and some items were not served hot despite being kept on the warming station. While these were minor issues in an otherwise wonderful stay, addressing them would further enhance the guest experience.

Our stay at Scenic IHCL SeleQtions was nothing short of a perfect holiday experience. The ambience of the property is elegant yet warm, blending modern comfort with the natural charm of Munnar. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful and cozy stay throughout our visit. The food deserves a special mention. From delicious local Kerala flavors to a wide range of well-prepared dishes, every meal was delightful and satisfying. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm service truly enhanced our overall experience. The services provided during our stay were seamless and well-organized, making our holiday completely stress-free. Overall, Scenic IHCL SeleQtions Munnar exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and it is a place we would highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views in the heart of nature.

Hello Everyone, We stayed here for 4 nights last week with my family which includes 2 kids. The welcome was very warm and they made us feel good right from the beginning. Laqxmi was the one who took care of the check in process and she made sure she satisfied my humble demands such as room upgrades etc. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with plunge pool which was just exquisite. It was a lovely suite with a huge area. It is worth the cost. We almost in a daily basis used the main swimming pool and the quality of water and the level of chlorine was just perfect. My family enjoyed their time playing in the swimming pool. The breakfast was very good and the chef made us onion podi dosa, scrambled egg, pancakes just as our wish and as per our ingrediants. The variety of food for the breakfast was good despite the lack of cylinder problems happening in the other restaurants in Munnar and as well as our country. We also ordered in-room dinning on a daily basis and the food was just awesome. One thing i want to mention is that we requested idlis in dinner for our kids and initially the in-room services told us that they dont prepare idli for dinner, then we requested them that we have small kids and it would be great if we could have it, they paused for a minute and they immediately replied that the chef was ready to make us idlis, which was a great thing to us. The location is a plus point as well. It is very nearby to Wonder valley, Dreamland, Macofa Chocolate factory and the Zip line etc. Overall, the staff was very kind to us, the property is exquisite and it felt like we were living inside a forest. I would definetly recommend scenic munnar IHCL to my friends who would visit Munnar. Great job guys!

From the moment you enter the resort, youre welcomed by stunning views that instantly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The amenities are excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Om Prakash at the restaurant, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. We also indulged in the Aroma Spa, which was wonderfully relaxingwe slept like babies afterward! The only area for improvement would be the gym, which could benefit from a wider range of equipment. Overall, I would highly recommend The Scenic to anyone visiting Munnar for its beautiful location, great hospitality, and memorable experience.
