We stayed at seagot resort Wayanad with our family of 7 members, and the overall experience was truly awesome. From the moment we arrived, front office team treated us very warmly and gave us a complete walkthrough of the resort, patiently explaining everything. hospitality made the stay feel very homely and comfortable. The rooms were of excellent standardsclean, spacious, and very well maintained. The resort has a calm and peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake views, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The surroundings are quiet and close to nature, perfect for a family getaway The restaurant staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which added a lot to our comfort. Overall, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a serene location, beautiful views, and a peaceful stay in Wayanad

My best resort I checked into till date. What a vibe to be here. The rooms have such a great balcony view. And everywhere around this resort is so so beautiful, giving this resort a great view across anywhere around 360 degrees. The food and service is also very good. The resort is built quite well. Have a lot of activies like , zipline, sky cycling , giant swing, etc

We stayed at this resort with a group of friends (6 members), and the experience was highly disappointing and far below expectations. We had booked a 2BHK villa 15 days in advance. However, during check-in, the management changed our booking to a 3BHK villa without even asking for our consent. This is completely unprofessional. A booking should never be altered without informing or confirming with the guest. Moreover, the villa provided was of poor quality and did not justify the change. The most serious issue was with the food. We ordered Gobi Manchurian gravy, but shockingly, the dish contained chicken pieces along with gobi. This is a major hygiene and food handling failure. Serving non-vegetarian content in a vegetarian dish is unacceptable. When we raised a complaint, the staff casually said it might have been mixed during packing, which is an irresponsible and unacceptable explanation. The room facilities were also below standard. Although it was a 3BHK villa, only one restroom had a functioning water heater. For the other restroom, we were given a basic water heater rod in the request basis only Even it was not informed before while check in , which is completely unacceptable for a resort that claims to be of high standard. In addition, the bed quality was poor, and the water in the resort did not appear clean. Despite paying 10,500 for one night (with complimentary breakfast), the overall experience was not worth the price. Even the breakfast provided was very average and lacked quality. Overall, this resort failed in basic service standards, food safety, and guest management. Definitely not recommended unless there is significant improvement.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at around 7:00 PM, despite having a confirmed booking and having paid an advance. To our surprise, the management asked us to vacate the room. It appeared that our booking had been given to other guests simply because we arrived later than expected. The breakfast food itself was satisfactory, but the service was extremely poor (1/10). There were long queues for almost every item because the staff were very slow to refill the food trays. The swimming pool was also not fully filled. When we asked about it, we were told there was a water shortage in the area due to less rainfall , which was quite surprising for a resort. The only positive aspect of this property is its amazing location. Unfortunately, the poor management and service completely overshadowed the experience.

we had an amazing stay at seagot banasura resort in 20th January and absolutely loved the experience... The welcome we received was really warm.The staff were super friendly and super supportive. I love you guys you are made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived... The location is amazing and the resort has a wonderful view especially sunset . pool view are special highlight.surrounding are scenic and peaceful lake view... we stayed in villa. the rooms are neat and clean and the view from balcony also amazing... Breakfast and dinner was so delicious and restaurant atmosphere so good.. evening campfire and adventure activities was such good experience.There is morning soft trekking that was good experience and saw the misty lake view . The experience in seagot Banasura Resort it's truly unforgettable .. sorry for the late response
