Not clean. charged 2000 which is not worth. Railway lodges are pretty cleaner than this. Rooms are looking good ,but no cleanliness and toilet was disgusting. Overall it's worth for 800rs only. Bed sheet pillow covers and blanket looked like they cleaned it with a tissue. Not washed. Be careful with other reviews. Parking was so messy. Steep parking. If you are not a professional don't get into the parking lot. You will land up in disaster.

Serene Mountains is a wonderful place to stay. ..Awesome place, well maintained rooms and property.. I highly recommend anybody with family or without family .Say Goodbye to Crammed Hotel rooms....This is a really spacious moreover it is situated in 6 acre Farm land where you have lot of place to move around. Very close to NH47 highway(few meters only)..nearby private tea garden....Most of the tourists spots in Munnar is very nearby. Me and family really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend anybody who is looking for a home away home at Munnar.

I have travelled several times to munnar , but this is the first time staying in Anchal. The Serene Mountain is located in the town itself. The rooms & wash rooms are very clean. The location is not isolated and a small town with all the facilities, so when we are visiting here with family with kids and elder people this is a preferable place to stay. Breakfast was complementary which is homely and tasty. The owner are helpful and give us the guidance about the places of interest.
