We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hospitality was so good from the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. The food, amenities, and overall arrangements were perfectly managed. Though the food is a bit costly, it truly tastes much better than most outside restaurants, making it completely worth it. We booked the Forest View Villa with a private pool. They even allocated a separate caretaker for us who was super good and took care of us exceptionally well throughout our stay. The management was very thoughtful in every arrangement and ensured we were comfortable at all times. The view from the room is highly recommended, the calmness and peaceful atmosphere during both day and night are simply unmatched. Its the kind of place that makes you want to visit again and again to unwind and de-stress. A perfect place for families and couples. Highly recommended!

Amazing hospitality at Sherva Stellar Resort. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Rooms were neat, spacious, and hygienic. The overall ambiance of the resort is very pleasant. Its a great place to relax and enjoy quality time away from the city rush.

Our stay at Sherva Stellar Resort was absolutely wonderful. We visited as two families, and the experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere that made our trip relaxing from start to finish. The glass room is a recommendation from me. A special mention must go to Manikandan, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and reliable throughout our stay. From arranging our rooms perfectly to helping us with issues, he ensured that everything was taken care of without us even having to ask. His friendly nature and willingness to assist at any time really made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. We genuinely appreciate the effort he put into making sure both families had a great experience. Thanks to him, our visit to Yercaud was hassle-free and very enjoyable. Highly recommend Sherva Stellar Resort and if youre staying here, youll be lucky to be assisted by Manikandan. Highly recommended

I stayed with my wife and a year old kid. We stayed in the suite and the rooms were spacious and offered beautiful view of the valley. The restaurant staff only arranged for a private space for cake cutting and dinner for my wifes birthday dinner. ( Without charging anything extra). The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very polite and took good care of their guests. The only downside of the property is that you have to ascend and descend too many stairs for roaming around the property.

We stayed at Sherva Stellar's Forest of Romances room. Everything looked great in the pictures and videos, but it didn't live up to expectations. We were there for just a day and paid about 13k, which really wasn't worth it. I've stayed at hotels that were way nicer for that price. The TV wasn't working, the pool had no hot water, and the power kept flickering on and off multiple times which was frustrating. There were no cupboards or storage space either. We asked for a room heater, they provided one which didn't fit any of the sockets. When we called and enquired about the spa a few days prior, they said it would be available, but once we got to the hotel, they told us we had to prebook, which they never mentioned before. Plus, the room had snails in it. The breakfast options were limited and not very good either. The only highlight was lunch; we ordered rice combos and fried rice, and it was really tasty. We mentioned our complaints/inconveniences to the reception staff, but I'm not sure if they'll take any action. There are better places in yercaud at reasonable price than this, wouldn't recommend going here.
