We, two couples, stayed in Shola Heaven, Kanthaloor (Kerala) from 2nd to 5th June 2026 and fully enjoyed our stay at the resort. The rooms (Delux double) were spacious and neat and clean with balcony from where we could view and enjoy the wonderful mountainous scenery. We also enjoyed the tasty homely food, both veg and non-veg, they prepared and served in the restaurant. We really appreciate the wonderful hospitality and support given to us by the entire team of Shola Heaven, particularly Mr. Maria Joseph, the Leader. Overall, our stay at Shola Heaven will ever remain in our memory and we love to visit again. We strongly recommend this property for a joyful stay at Kanthaloor. Dr. K. Gunasekaran Puducherry

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Shola Heaven Resort! The location nestled among the hills is simply breathtaking waking up to lush mountain views was such a refreshing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind during our stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great hospitality throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and added to the overall delightful experience. Everything about this resort made our trip memorable, and I would happily recommend it to friends and family looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wonderful experience while staying there. Excellent location and views. Place is calm and very close to nature Rooms are very neat & clean and maintained. Staffs (property manager as well as service crews) are very nice and kind. Food is also good and sufficient. Overall very satisfying and nice... 5+ stars...

Value for money!!! A great place to stay right next to the reserve forest and at the boarder of kanthaloor. The resort is a single building accomodation with rooms with garden view and hill view. The hill view is better compared to garden view. You can get tosees fog clad mountainsboth at the dawn and dusk. There is provision for camp fire, forest trekking and jeep safari. The rooms and washrooms are spacious. Another important thing to note is, the resort is easily accessible by vehicle (which is not the case with many of the resorts, which are having steep slopes, difficult to traverse in some cars). There is limited parking for vehicles. There is an on-site restaurant with good food and okay pricing. Room service is also available. Overall a highly recommended place to stay in kanthaloor.

Kanthalloor is a beautiful place with a rich ambiance to refresh your mind. Unfortunately, our group of 30 people, including 10 kids, chose to stay at Shalo Heaven. The name is completely misleading; the place is terrible, the staff's behavior is arrogant, and the rooms smell like drainage. They also serve very small food portions, even though we ordered an extra 6 kg of meals. There is nothing good to share about this placeit was a truly bad, bad staycation. Please do not spoil your vacation by staying at Shalo Heaven."
