The resort itself is beautiful, the ambience is good, and the food is also excellent. Everything seems perfectuntil you check out. The most disappointing part is the staffs behavior after checkout. During the very first day of my trip, I stayed at this resort and accidentally left behind one of my belongings. Now my entire 12-day trip has already been completed, yet they have still neither returned my item nor provided any proper response. As tourists, it is quite normal to accidentally forget personal belongings. Most professional resorts understand this and make genuine efforts to help guests recover their lost items. Unfortunately, that basic sense of responsibility seems missing at Arbour Resort. After checkout, the staffs response has been careless and unprofessional. There is poor communication, no clear updates, and no seriousness in handling guest concerns. Hospitality is not just about good rooms, beautiful ambience, and tasty food. True hospitality is reflected in responsibility, respect, and customer careeven after checkout. Returning a guests forgotten belongings is not a favor; it is a basic part of professionalism. Arbour Resort seriously needs to improve this if they truly value customer trust and want guests to return in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the beginning, the overall service and maintenance were far below expectations. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for its amenities, especially the jacuzzi, but it was not functional and there was no hot water available. This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading. Cleanliness was another major concern. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust, untidy bedding, and poorly maintained bathrooms. It did not feel hygienic or comfortable to stay there. The staff behavior made things even worse. They were unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed little interest in addressing our concerns. Whenever we raised issues, there was no proper follow-up or solution provided. To make matters worse, the hotel manager was not available when needed, leaving no one accountable to handle serious complaints. Overall, the combination of non-functional facilities, poor cleanliness, and lack of responsible staff made this stay a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

We had a very bad stay there. The drinking water provided was stale and was smelling like fish tank water. I accidentally drank the water and was feeling uneasy. When the same was reported, the staff in the reception just smiled. He acknowledged and later reported to someone over phone that the same issue repeated (not changing drinking water). The telephone in the room was not working. When I asked my friend who stayed in the room next door, he also said the same. The kettle was broken and pillows are not clean. The road to the resort was very worse. Other than that the complementary breakfast provided was nice. Think twice before choosing the resort.

Had a wonderful experience at Arbour Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the views were beautiful. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Never book cottages in block 3 arbour resort if you are going with family bcoz resorts cottages are on down hill and for coming up its 45degrees inclined with elders is very difficult. And cottages has so mainly insects in it because of forest and trees near it & resort doesnt have varietys of food option & no shops near by to eat or buy anything so we have to order it from outsidebut the Staff were helpful
