I Stayed on the premium wooden villa on February. The view from the room was good. The resort staffs right from the security, reception, house keeping and restaurant were all very kind and helpful. The restaurant menu for the complimentary breakfast was very good. Me and my family had a pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend my friends, family and also visit again. Thanks to the brooks resort team.

We booked four wooden villas at Brook Resort, Yercaud for a one-night stay, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The facilities and services did not match the commitments made at the time of booking. Key issues faced during the stay are listed below: 1. The room charges were very high (approx. 6,000 per room) compared to the quality offered. 2. No play area or kids room was available the advertised space was being used as a storage room. 3. The gym was non-functional, with all equipment damaged or unusable. 4. Ground staff, including front-desk reception, were unprofessional and poorly coordinated. 5. Pool maintenance was substandard. 6. Food quality was extremely poor. 7. Breakfast was insufficient guests had to wait outside the kitchen due to shortage, and the food got over by 9:30 AM. 8. Live music and campfire arranged it only from 7:30 PM and for just half an hour. 9. We raised the issue with Goibibo as well, but their support was equally disappointing. Although cancellation was requested 4 days before check-in, they returned the call only on the day of check-in at 2:30 PM and denied cancellation with full refund. Overall, Yercaud is worth visiting for its pleasant weather. There is nothing special about the wooden or tree villas to justify the high price. It is better to book regular accommodation and save money.

We booked a tree house here, and the view from the room was truly amazing. The evening climate was also very pleasant. The room quality was just okay, nothing exceptional. The service was good, and the food was decent as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pakoda view point is walkable distance from here this resort.

Dear MakeMyTrip Support / Escalation Team/Brook Resorts & Spa, I am writing this email after repeated unsuccessful attempts to get a meaningful response from MakeMyTrip regarding my booking, which was marked as a no-show due to a serious road accident we met with during travel. After 17 days, I finally received a responsenot from MakeMyTrip, but from the hotelclearly stating that all authority to handle cancellations, goodwill requests, or alternative arrangements lies solely with MakeMyTrip. This clearly indicates that the responsibility for resolution is entirely with your team. I would like to formally highlight the following concerns: Unacceptable delay of 17 days to get a basic response. Repeated generic replies with no ownership or resolution intent. No clear contact number or email ID to reach the assigned booking agent or responsible team. This pattern strongly reflects negligence and lack of willingness to resolve the issue, despite sufficient documentation and a genuine emergency situation. At this stage, I am explicitly requesting the following details immediately: Name and direct contact number of the assigned booking/support agent Official email ID of the booking resolution or escalation team Contact details of a supervisor or escalation manager handling such cases Please note that denying customers access to a responsible point of contact while delaying responses is not acceptable service practice. I expect clear ownership and a concrete next step, not another generic reply. If I do not receive the above contact details and a proper response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels. I look forward to your prompt and accountable response.

I have booked 3 wooden villa for family vacation. The rooms were different from the one shown in the website. There was no warmer in the room, considering the december season definitely it should have been there. Also have asked for extra bed sheet and the one provided was not at all good..Bathrooms were very average with broken seats..Very dissatisfied with the stay.
