We had an official tour with a group of 42 people, including ladies, and the entire experience at the resort was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast and lunch served were superb with great taste and variety. The natural pool was truly amazing and refreshing, and the boating experience added a special charm to our visit. The rooms were excellentclean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to the fully air-conditioned conference hall, which was perfect for our official sessions and very well organized. Overall, the hospitality, facilities, and ambiance made our trip memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to visit again!

The rooms were especially terrible to handle. The doors could lock from both directions and since the entire front wall was glass, you had to have the windows closed at all times, reducing the possibility of sunlight in the day. The food was not notable, leaving much to desire. We were locked out from the dining hall for about 15 minutes despite being the only users of that block. However, the location was great, with good views of the water and canal

I had my wedding reception at The Brook Serene, and honestly, Im still in awe of how everything turned out. All the arrangements were done through online communication, so I went in with very low expectations but they completely surprised me. It felt like stepping into a dream. The stage decor, cake, fireworks, ramp, dry ice effect, DJ, and anchor, everything was absolutely magical and beyond what I had imagined. What truly touched me was how they took every small detail I mentioned and turned it into something so grand and beautiful. I genuinely dont have enough words to express how happy and surprised I was. They made my dream a reality, and Im so grateful to the entire team. Just a small suggestion for improvement: the food taste could be better, and room cleanliness definitely needs more attention. Overall, a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much for making my special day so perfect!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy with family and friends! The ambience is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was really good the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was tasty and homely, and the overall experience was truly memorable. We had an amazing day package experience with our family at Brook Serene. The resort is beautiful, nature-friendly, and very peaceful.
