I had a very pleasant overall experience during my stay. The la carte food was truly amazingwell-prepared, flavorful, and served with great presentation. It definitely stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. However, the morning breakfast could use some improvement. While the existing options were decent, upgrading the variety and quality would make a big difference. Adding a live counter for dosa and uttapam would be a fantastic enhancement, as it brings freshness and a more personalized touch to the breakfast experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and satisfying stay. The ambiance was nice, and everything was arranged thoughtfully. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent food and comfortable rooms. With a better breakfast spread, especially live South Indian options, this place could easily offer a near-perfect stay.

Not a bad hotel. Parts do need an upgrade but overall enjoyed our stay. They were nice enough to upgrade our rooms when we arrived. Staff were friendly and helped when ever needed. We jad issues with bed sheets but was sorted out very quickly. The rooms are nice as was the batbrooms. The best part of the hotelnis the location and views which are stunning. They even have a roof area to enjoy the views. Views from the balcony in the room was breathtaking. They have small pool and games area and workout area whichbwas nice. Resturant had good food for breakfast and dinner.Thank you queen munnar team for the nice 2 night stay.

Nice experience in queen resort. Room is awesome and service is good. Breakfast food is fine. Resort located area is topnotch. Staffs are very friendly and easy connected with customers. While campfire speakers not working that only a flaws happened in stay. Kindly make it change because that moment is very important. Some of the people like to dance with family and neighbours that moment totally collapsed. Everyone move from the campfire very shortly. Also in swimming pool that ladder has to replace or fit properly..

What an amazing hospitality! Truly and probably, one of the best experience. I have travelled and visited many hotels (India and overseas) but this memory will stay with us forever. My son had suffered injury at premise at late night. Most reputed establishment probably too would have provided support just like MQ did but MQ team went a step further by providing humane touch. These things matter a lot when one is far away from your comfort zone/home. 1. Great location with good view. 2. Very hospitable reception: Smile and humane touch is exceptional. 3. Restaurant Team: Great service and good variety mix of menu. The team is very cordial. Exceptional behaviour and humane touch. 4. Super clean establishment. Room housekeeping is praiseworthy. 5. What makes MQ stand apart is their team of great and amazing staff. Thank you all for making this visit exceptional. My son sends his regards .
