Sample hotel review: excellent. Service and wonderful stay, I recently stayed in this hotel and it was a fantastic experience The rooms were very clean spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, The ambience was quite and peaceful, The staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful The hotel is in a great location making it was very easy to reach major travel spot and attraction. A great place to stay with family or friends.i would definitely love to visit again,

Beautiful resort with a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. The views were amazing and everything was well maintained. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Looking forward to visiting again!

Very dirty and disappointing stay. We ended up checking out within just two hours of arriving. The beds did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and although the washrooms seemed to have been cleaned shortly before our arrival, they still did not feel hygienic. There were also insects and flies inside the room, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The room did not have air conditioning. We knew the area is generally cool, but during our stay the weather was unusually hot, making the room extremely uncomfortable. While the price is lower than many nearby hotels, the poor cleanliness and uncomfortable conditions make it poor value for money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here. Of course, the decision is yours, but I would strongly suggest considering other accommodation options.

One of the best resort hetel in moonar, Outstanding Stay! "I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Excellent service and great hospitality. Highly recommended!"

Experience is so good here and well cleaned room are available in affordable rate. Manager was so friendly and nice to talk. Go for it if planning to come munnar.
