Sample hotel review: excellent. Service and wonderful stay, I recently stayed in this hotel and it was a fantastic experience The rooms were very clean spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, The ambience was quite and peaceful, The staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful The hotel is in a great location making it was very easy to reach major travel spot and attraction. A great place to stay with family or friends.i would definitely love to visit again,

Beautiful resort with a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. The views were amazing and everything was well maintained. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Looking forward to visiting again!

WE strongly DO NOT recommend this resort to families. Our experience at this Resort was highly disappointing and unacceptable. On arrival, we were made to wait for a long time just to receive the room keys, despite prior booking. After the delay, a staff member showed us rooms that were completely different from what was booked and displayed online. When we raised this concern, instead of addressing it politely, the staff member / owner behaved in an extremely rude and arrogant manner. He bluntly told us to either take the rooms or cancel and leave, saying that other guests were coming. This kind of language and attitude towards paying guests is shocking. We were a family of 15 people, including children and elderly members, and being treated with such disrespect after a long journey was distressing. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, professionalism, or basic courtesy. Such behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Very Disappointing Experience... Misleading Photos & Rude Staff, We had a very bad experience with this hotel. The room shown on the website at the time of booking was completely different from what was actually offered to us on arrival. The pictures online are misleading and not realistic at all. Before even checking in, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or explaining politely, their behavior made us very uncomfortable. Because of this attitude and the mismatch in room quality, we decided not to stay at the hotel and left immediately. The hotel also does not look the same as shown in the pictures online, which feels like false advertising. This was a waste of time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please be careful and do not rely on the photos shown on their website.
