The resort has a beautiful location and the views are stunning, but unfortunately that's where the positives ended for us. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed. Our room had several issuesthe floor made loud creaking noises even when we walked slowly, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower had very low water pressure, so we had to fill a bucket with water, only to find dead red worms in it. The bathroom door lock was also faulty. We immediately informed the staff and requested either a room change or for the shower to be repaired. We were told that all the rooms were occupied and that a maintenance person would come. We waited, changed our plans, and lost valuable time, but no one ever showed up and the issue was never resolved. We had also planned to enjoy the swimming pool, but it was dirty and clearly not well maintained, so we decided not to use it. The experience was so disappointing that we chose to check out the very same night instead of completing our stay. It's unfortunate because the property itself has great potential, but poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate customer service completely ruined our experience. Overall, we felt it was a waste of money, and sadly, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Triveny Camelot Resort & Spa and honestly loved everything about it! The riverside location is incredibly peaceful, the heritage vibe of the resort is beautiful, and the entire property is well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the amenitiesfrom the pool to the spawere excellent. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful backwater experience. Will definitely come back!

Our stay at Triveny Camelot Resort and Spa was a mixed experience. While we booked the rooms online at a reasonable price, the stay unfortunately leaned toward disappointing due to poor maintenance, hygiene issues, and connectivity problems. Property & Ambience The standout feature of this resort is the lake view. If you are someone who enjoys sitting back and peacefully watching the water all day, you will appreciate this setup. However, the overall ambience is just average. Furthermore, it is not a kid-friendly property, as there are very few activities or areas for children to play. Room Condition & Maintenance The rooms were a major downside. We booked multiple rooms, and every single one had its own distinct issue. Across the different rooms, we dealt with an air conditioning unit that didn't work, a television that was completely non-functional, and a bathroom flush that would not drain properly. When we complained, staff members did come to address the TV and AC issues, but the repair process took a very long time. Connectivity Issues Staying connected was incredibly frustrating. The resort's Wi-Fi was not working at all. Even though we raised a complaint and the staff attempted to fix it, it still failed to connect. To make matters worse, cellular mobile data was only working when we went outside; inside the rooms, there was practically no signal, leaving us essentially cut off. Cleanliness & Hygiene Cleanliness across the property was poor. There were a lot of spider webs visible, and the overall upkeep was lacking. Additionally, there was a cat constantly hanging around the property, including inside the restaurant, which was quite bothersome during meals. Dining Experience The food did not meet expectations. Dinner was not good at all, and while the breakfast was acceptable, it wasn't memorable. We also ordered evening snacks, which turned out to be a poor valuethe portions were incredibly small, yet the price tag was very expensive. Overall if your only goal is to sit idle in a room and look at a lake, you might enjoy yourself since the online rates are fair. Otherwise, because of the recurring maintenance issues, lack of cleanliness, and poor connectivity inside the rooms, it is difficult to recommend.

Beautiful resort with stunning lake-view rooms in Kuttanad. The location is peaceful and scenic, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

We got this resort at a very reasonable price, so honestly my expectations were not that high. But it turned out to be a really good experience. We stayed in both garden view and lake view rooms, and both were nice in their own way. The best part was the area near the water it was so peaceful. You can just sit there quietly and enjoy the view, which felt really relaxing. Food taste could have been a bit better, but the staff were very polite and helpful, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the experience.
