Peaceful surroundings. *Service:* Property is incredibly friendly and supportive. *Room & Comfort:* We stayed in the A frame Hut - beautifully designed and very comfortable. The Lake view was a highlight. The rooms are couple-friendly and feel 100% safe. *Food:* Breakfast, tea, and coffee were fresh, tasty, and served with care. *Overall:* Thank you to the Tulsi for making our stay memorable and truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.

Tulsi Retreat is truly an amazing place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The real essence of nature, the beautiful hut stay, and the breathtaking views made it one of the best experiences Ive ever had. A special mention to Manager Ranjit incredibly humble, always available, and truly an all-rounder who makes sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. His hospitality is just outstanding. The food deserves its own praise simple home-style meals but absolutely finger-licking delicious. Even after leaving, I still cant get over the stunning views and the peaceful vibe of this place. The hosting, service, and overall experience were just perfect. Highly recommended if youre looking for a serene nature getaway.

1/5 Very disappointing experience at Tulsi Retreat Hotel. The manager was not professional and did not handle guests' concerns properly. The food quality was poor and did not meet expectations in terms of taste and freshness. Overall, the service and hospitality need significant improvement. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Surrounded by lush greenery, misty hills, and the soothing sounds of nature, every morning begins with fresh mountain air and birdsong instead of traffic and city noise. It is the perfect destination for anyone seeking peace of mind. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Whether you're sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea, watching the sunrise over the hills, or simply enjoying the silence, every moment feels calming. The entire property has a warm, welcoming vibe that encourages you to slow down and appreciate the beauty around you. What impressed me the most was how effortlessly this place helps you unwind. I rarely looked at my phone because I was busy enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It gave me something that is hard to find these daysa genuine sense of calm. I returned home with a clear mind, reduced stress, and wonderful memories. This is not just a place to stay; it's a place to pause, breathe, and recharge. The stay has a great view. But it's marketed as a stay in munnar when actually it is 25 odd kms from munnar in a village called kallarkutty which was a disappointment. Kindly plan your itenary before booking this stay. The stay is well maintained and staff are well trained. Check the whether also. It's not as cool as it would be in Munnar. The A frames metal fabricated rooms can get quite hot in summer. The food was simple and delicious. The whole property was photogenic. The view from rooms is absolutely stunning.
